In this prospective randomized study the investigators aimed to investigate difference of the duration of spinal anesthesia, discharge times and efficacy between low dose heavy Prilocaine-Fentanyl and heavy Bupivacaine-Fentanyl in outpatient minor anal surgery.
Trial Objectives The primary objectives of this clinical trial are to estimate the Covidien EEA™ Hemorrhoid and Prolapse Stapling Set: overall performance defined by the successful creation of a normal staple line safety as measured by the 30 day incidence of adverse events.
Patients will get an injection of either SKY0402 or placebo during hemorrhoid surgery, and their pain and pain medicine use will be monitored.
