Filter by:Omidubicel is an investigational therapy for patients with high-risk hematologic malignancies.
This is an open-label, extension protocol designed to allow patients to continue to receive belinostat treatment after they have completed the protocol-specified assessments and procedures in a Spectrum sponsored belinostat study and have not met the criteria for treatment discontinuation in those studies. This extension of belinostat treatment allowance is not a part of the primary efficacy assessments for those trials. The extension is intended to provide all possible benefits to patients who are having a positive response to belinostat and must be under the Investigator's care. The additional treatment is optional and voluntary.
The aim of the study is to create new tools for improving management of patients with hematological malignancies by combining extensive clinical data from patients newly diagnosed with hematological malignancies and innovative laboratory analyses made on available tissue samples in regional biobanks from these patients.
The purpose of the study is to determine the recommended dose of durvalumab and tremelimumab (immunotherapy drugs) in pediatric patients with advanced solid and hematological cancers and expand in a second phase to test the efficacy of these drugs once this dose is determined.
Despite anti-thymocyte globulin has a mainstay role in preventing GvHD (and non-relapse mortality) in CB transplantation, it also induces delayed immune recovery, increased risk of cytomegalovirus and Epstein-Barr virus reactivation, post-transplant lymphoproliferative diseases, overall accounting for increased transplant-related mortality and/or increased relapse incidence. All these findings support the use of alternative approaches for in vivo T cell depletion in the setting of CB transplantation.
Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) is a potentially curative treatment for a variety of hematologic malignancies. Bacterial infections remain a common complication of allo-HSCT, especially in the pre-engraftment phase. Pre-engraftment neutropenia typically lasts for up to 2 weeks in autologous HSCT but is considerably longer in allogeneic HSCT recipients who receive myeloablative conditioning regimens. This is a prospective, randomized, controlled, phase II/III clinical trial that aims to investigate the beneficial and harmful effects of prophylactic use of imipenem in patients with hematological malignancies before allo-HSCT. All patients aged above 14 years, diagnosed with hematological malignancies and ready to undergo allo-HSCT, no active infection within 3 weeks before allo-HSCT, with a normal CT scan-chest before entering the transplantation cabin and willing to participate in the trial will be enrolled.
Tenalisib has been evaluated as an investigational new drug in number of early clinical studies in patients with relapsed/refractory hematological malignancies and demonstrated acceptable safety and promising efficacy in these patients. Since these advanced relapsed/refractory patients have limited therapeutic options, it is reasonable to continue Tenalisib in responding patients post completion of their participation in previous clinical studies.
The purpose of this study is to characterize the safety of Talquetamab and to determine the recommended Phase 2 dose(s) (RP2Ds) and dosing schedule assessed to be safe for Talquetamab (Part 1 [Dose Escalation]) and to further characterize the safety of Talquetamab at the recommended Phase 2 dose(s) (RP2Ds) (Part 2 [Dose Expansion]).
