Abdominal bloating and distension (ABD) are the most commonly gastrointestinal symptoms reported by patients with various functional gut disorders such as functional dyspepsia, irritable bowel syndrome and it is frequently associated with constipation. The pathophysiology of ABD is complex, often multifactorial and poorly understood. The reseach was hypothesised that short-term self-manual approaches and exercise for core muscles would have a positive effect on the symptoms of ABD.

The Efficacy of Removal of Animal Milk From the Diet in Functional Dyspepsia: A Cross-sectional Study

The goal of this observational study is to learn about compare the effect of removing animal milk from diets on the symptoms of FD patients in describe participant population. The main question it aims to answer are: • Can removing milk and dairy from diets be used to treat FD patients? The participants will be divided into two groups and will do the following; - removing milk and dairy products under the advice of a dietician without medical treatment - receiving medical treatment without restricted diet. Researchers will compare two groups to the effect of removing milk from diet on the symptoms of FD patients.

Randomized controlled field trial of a probiotics to assess its roles in the prevention or improvement of constipation and diarrhea, acute respiratory infection, nutrition improving in Vietnam children. In the present proposal, the investigators plan to examine if daily intake of a probiotic beverage, which includes 6.5 billion probiotic Lactobacilli, has a beneficial role in protecting children from infectious diarrhea and constipation in Vietnam with 3 objectives: 1.
