Inclusion Criteria: - adults older or equal than 18 years old - Minimum of 8 hours of fasting - must work/study at Fundacion Santa Fe Exclusion Criteria: - Comorbidities such as obesity, renal failure, diabetes - Gastrointestinal Disease |
