NCT ID: NCT01953692 Completed - Multiple Myeloma Clinical Trials

A Trial of Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) in Participants With Blood Cancers (MK-3475-013/KEYNOTE-013)

Start date: November 22, 2013
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this trial is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of pembrolizumab (MK-3475, KEYTRUDA®) and pembrolizumab in combination with lenalidomide (Cohort 5 only) in hematologic malignancies. The primary study hypotheses are that treatment with pembrolizumab will result in a clinically meaningful improvement in Objective Response Rate (ORR) or Complete Remission Rate (CRR). The study includes an initial dose determination to establish the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of lenalidomide given in combination with pembrolizumab in Cohort 5. With Protocol Amendment 08, enrollment in the Multiple Myeloma arm (Cohort 2) has been completed and no further enrollment will be allowed and enrollment in the Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma arm (Cohort 5) has been discontinued and no further enrollment will be allowed.

NCT ID: NCT01939899 Completed - Follicular Lymphoma Clinical Trials

Phase 2 Study of Oral IXAZOMIB in Adult Participants With Relapsed and/or Refractory Follicular Lymphoma

Start date: October 31, 2013
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The primary purpose of this study is to evaluate the anti-tumor activity of oral Ixazomib as measured by overall response rate (ORR) in adult participants with relapsed and/or refractory follicular lymphoma (FL).

NCT ID: NCT01926639 Completed - Follicular Lymphoma Clinical Trials

Phase II Cancer Vaccine Trial for Patients With Follicular Lymphoma

Lymvac-1
Start date: October 2009
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Patients with non-curable disseminated follicular lymphoma receive local radiotherapy targeting single lymph nodes and injection of low-dose rituximab (anti-CD20) and autologous dendritic cells. The therapy is repeated 3 times, targeting different lesion. Aims are to induce tumor immunity and clinical responses.

NCT ID: NCT01804686 Enrolling by invitation - Clinical trials for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

A Long-term Extension Study of PCI-32765 (Ibrutinib)

CAN3001
Start date: September 9, 2013
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to collect long-term safety and efficacy data for participants treated with ibrutinib and to provide ongoing access to ibrutinib for participants who are currently enrolled in ibrutinib studies that have been completed according to the parent protocol, are actively receiving treatment with ibrutinib, and who continue to benefit from ibrutinib treatment.

NCT ID: NCT01799889 Terminated - Clinical trials for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

Study to Evaluate Efficacy, Safety, Tolerability, and Pharmacodynamics of Entospletinib in Adults With Relapsed or Refractory Hematologic Malignancies

Start date: March 14, 2013
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The primary objective of the study is to evaluate efficacy of entospletinib in participants with relapsed or refractory hematologic malignancies. Participants with the following relapsed or refractory hematologic malignancies will be enrolled into the study: relapsed or refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), follicular lymphoma (FL), or non-FL indolent non-Hodgkin lymphomas (iNHL; including lymphoplasmacytoid lymphoma/ Waldenström macroglobulinemia [LPL/WM], small lymphocytic lymphoma [SLL], or marginal zone lymphoma [MZL]).

NCT ID: NCT01796171 Completed - Follicular Lymphoma Clinical Trials

A Phase 1/2 Study of Betalutin for Treatment of Relapsed Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma

LYMRIT-37-01
Start date: December 2012
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study is a Phase 1/2 open-label three part study in patients with relapsed indolent Non-Hodgkin's lymohoma (NHL) (Parts A and C) or relapsed/refractory follicular lymphoma (FL) (Part B).

NCT ID: NCT01760655 Completed - Clinical trials for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

Reduced-Intensity Conditioning Before Donor Stem Cell Transplant in Treating Patients With High-Risk Hematologic Malignancies

Start date: December 24, 2012
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase II trial studies reduced-intensity conditioning before donor stem cell transplant in treating patients with high-risk hematologic malignancies. Giving low-doses of chemotherapy and total-body irradiation before a donor stem cell transplant helps stop the growth of cancer cells. It may also stop the patient's immune system from rejecting the donor's stem cells. The donated stem cells may replace the patient's immune cells and help destroy any remaining cancer cells (graft-versus-tumor effect). Giving an infusion of the donor's T cells (donor lymphocyte infusion) before the transplant may help increase this effect.

NCT ID: NCT01728207 Terminated - Clinical trials for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

Phase I Dose Escalation Study of IMMU-114 in Relapsed or Refractory NHL and CLL

Start date: March 2013
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

IMMU-114 will be studied at different dose schedules and dose levels in order to assess the highest dose safely tolerated. IMMU-114 will be administered subcutaneously (under the skin). IMMU-114 will be given 1-2 times weekly for 3 weeks followed by one week of rest. This is considered one cycle. Treatment cycles will be repeated until toxicity or worsening of disease.
