Biomechanical Assessment of Spinal Posture in Girls With Primary Dysmenorrhea

Dysmenorrhea comes from the Greek word for difficult monthly flow and describes painful menstruation.Primary dysmenorrhea might be caused by spinal misalignment and incompatibility between muscles of the pelvic circumference and soft tissue.Leg Length Discrepancy affects spinal posture. Although, several studies evaluated the relation between spinal alignment, spinal configuration and primary dysmenorrhea, but, there is no previous study investigate the effect of leg length discrepancy on primary dysmenorrhea. So, this study will correlate leg length discrepancy with spinal configuration and primary dysmenorrhea. Statement of the problem: Is there an impact of spinal posture on primary dysmenorrhea in girls? Hypothesis: Null hypothesis: There is no impact of spinal mobility ,spinal configurations and leg length discrepancy on primary dysmenorrhea

Comparison of Dexketoprofen, Paracetamol and Ibuprofen in the Treatment of Primary Dysmenorrhea

Our study will be performed on 300 patients who meet the criteria for joining the emergency service with primary dysmenorrhea. 3 drugs we will use: 1000 mg vial of paracetamol, dexketoprofen trometamol will be 50 mg ampoule and ibuprofen 400 mg vial According to the visual analog scale and visual visual scale, we will ask the patient to rate her pain between 0 (no pain) and 10 (the most severe pain of her life). We aim to determine the superiority of the drugs in passing the pain randomly by giving the 3 drugs that we mentioned to patients with pain above 5.

But invasive and pharmacological therapies have good outcome with systemic side effects. Kinesio taping is being widely used in different pain conditions. Kinesio taping is a noninvasive and nonpharmacological, easy-to-use intervention method which can be used in outpatient practice without systemic side effects.
