Filter by:This study will prospectively measure the effectiveness of a core strengthening program on reducing the inter-rectus distance (IRD) and abdominal wall muscle contraction in postpartum women with diastasis rectus abdominus (DRA). Additionally, this study will aim to investigate and clarify the association between IRD and low back pain.
The purpose of this study is to determinate de efectiveness of eccentric exercise combined with vibration or cryotherapy in achilles tendinopathy and its effects on the anterior rectus abdominis muscle. The investigators hypothesis is the combined eccentric exercise with vibration get better results than cryotherapy with eccentric exercise in rectus abdominis muscle parameters.
This study is a randomized controlled trial comparing two ADR repair methods: nylon suturing and nylon suture with mesh enforcement. The ADR correction is performed simultaneously with abdominoplasty/ modified skin reduction abdominoplasty.
