Eligibility Inclusion criteria:

- CDAI > 220 und < 450

- Biologika naiv

- CD seit > 6 Monaten

Exclusion criteria:

- other TNF-Blocker

- Steroids > 40 mg

- Malignoma in der Anamnesis
