This is a randomized, open label, multicenter Phase 2 study investigating the safety and antiviral activity of AB-729 in combination with ongoing NA therapy and short courses of Peg-IFNα-2a in subjects with CHB.
The study is designed to compare the efficacy of asciminib 80 mg QD versus Investigator selected TKI for the treatment of newly diagnosed, previously untreated patients with Ph+ CML-CP. The Investigator selected TKI will be one of the following treatment options for first-line treatment of CML-CP - imatinib 400 mg QD or nilotinib 300 mg BID or dasatinib 100 mg QD or bosutinib 400 mg QD.
This Phase 3, randomized, Double-blind, placebo-controlled, 2-arm, parallel-group, multicenter study with randomized withdrawal will evaluate the efficacy, safety, and durability of KBP-5074 in adult participants who have stage 3b/4 chronic kidney disease (CKD) (estimated glomerular filtration rate [eGFR] calculated using the Chronic Kidney Disease Epidemiology Collaboration [CKD-EPI] formula [eGFR {EPI}] ≥15 to ≤44 mL/min/1.73 m^2) and uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure (SBP) ≥140 and <180 mm Hg and taking 2 or more antihypertensive medications.
This study will evaluate the efficacy, safety, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics of satralizumab compared with placebo in participants with generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG).
A prospective, randomized, evaluator-blinded, controlled study for subjects with open tibial fractures classified as Gustilo type II, IIIA or IIIB (see Appendix 1) who will receive bone graft implantation for the potential of delayed union or non-union within 3 months of fracture. Subjects will be followed for safety and clinical performance for the main study period of 30 weeks and an extension follow-up period up to 52 weeks after bone graft implantation.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate pembrolizumab (MK-3475) subcutaneous (SC) administration as the first-line therapy in the treatment of metastatic squamous and nonsquamous NSCLC by assessing the pharmacokinetics (PK), safety, and efficacy of pembrolizumab SC injection in combination with standard-of-care chemotherapy. The primary hypothesis of the study is Pembrolizumab SC is noninferior to pembrolizumab intravenous (IV) for Cycle 1 Area Under Curve (AUC) and Cycle 6 minimal concentration (Ctrough) at steady state. Participants who discontinue study treatment after receiving the first course of 35 administrations of pembrolizumab (approximately up to 2 years) for reasons other than disease progression or intolerability, may be eligible for a second course of pembrolizumab for up to approximately 1 additional year if they have experienced radiographic disease progression per RECIST 1.1 as assessed by BICR after stopping first course treatment.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the preliminary efficacy and safety of NIS793 and other novel investigational combinations with standard of care (SOC) anti-cancer therapy vs SOC anti-cancer therapy for the second line treatment of mCRC. This study aims to explore whether different mechanisms of action may reverse resistance and improve responsiveness to the currently considered SOC anti-cancer therapy in the second line metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) setting.
150 adults patients with locally advanced or metastatic BRAFV600E mutation-positive, differentiated thyroid carcinoma who are refractory to radioactive iodine and have progressed following prior VEGFR targeted therapy will enter in the trial. Patients will be randomized in a 2:1 ratio to either dabrafenib plus trametinib or placebo. Patients will be stratified by number of prior VEGFR targeted therapy (1versus2) and prior lenvatinib treatment (yes versus no)
