NCT ID: NCT03041311 Terminated - Clinical trials for Small Cell Lung Cancer

Carboplatin, Etoposide, and Atezolizumab With or Without Trilaciclib (G1T28), a CDK4/6 Inhibitor, in Extensive-Stage SCLC

Start date: June 29, 2017
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This was a study to investigate the potential clinical benefit of trilaciclib (G1T28) in preserving the bone marrow and the immune system, and enhancing antitumor efficacy when administered with carboplatin, etoposide, and atezolizumab (E/P/A) therapy in first line treatment for patients with newly diagnosed extensive-stage SCLC. The study was a randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled design. Approximately, 100 patients were randomized to trilaciclib + E/P/A or placebo + E/P/A in the study.

The purpose of this study is to determine if an investigational treatment is effective compared with placebo and PVP-Iodine in the treatment of adults and children with adenoviral conjunctivitis.

NCT ID: NCT02957617 Terminated - Clinical trials for Neuropathic Pain From Lumbosacral Radiculopathy

Extension Study to Evaluate the Long-Term Safety, Tolerability, and Maintenance of Effect of BIIB074

RELAY-1 Extend
Start date: February 10, 2017
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The primary objective of the study is to evaluate the long-term safety and tolerability of BIIB074 in participants with neuropathic Pain From Lumbosacral Radiculopathy (PLSR). A secondary objective is to investigate the maintenance of effect during long-term treatment with BIIB074 in participants with neuropathic PLSR. For all efficacy assessments, baseline will be prior to randomization into Study 1014802-203. Another secondary objective is to evaluate the impact of treatment with BIIB074 on quality of life (QoL).

NCT ID: NCT02871297 Terminated - Clinical trials for Depressive Disorder, Major

Long-term, Open-label, Flexible-dose, Extension Study of Vortioxetine in Child and Adolescent Participants With Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) From 7 to 18 Years of Age

Start date: August 17, 2016
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

Evaluation of the long-term safety and tolerability of vortioxetine in child and adolescent participants with a Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th edition (DSM-5™) diagnosis of MDD.

NCT ID: NCT02790996 Terminated - Clinical trials for Late Onset Neonatal Sepsis

Neonatal Vancomycin Trial

NeoVanc
Start date: February 27, 2017
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The study aims to compare the efficacy, safety and pharmacokinetics (PK) of an optimised dosing to a standard dosing regimen of vancomycin in neonates and infants aged ≤ 90 days with late onset bacterial sepsis known or suspected to be caused by Gram-positive microorganisms

NCT ID: NCT02743806 Terminated - Crohn Disease Clinical Trials

Extended Access Program of Vedolizumab IV in Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn's Disease

Start date: August 1, 2016
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to monitor ongoing safety in participants with ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn's disease (CD) and to provide access to vedolizumab for qualifying participants who, in the opinion of the investigator, continue to derive benefit from vedolizumab and for whom continued treatment with vedolizumab is desired because there is no other comparable product available or the participant may be expected to develop worsening of disease if they were to modify treatment.

NCT ID: NCT02718417 Terminated - Ovarian Cancer Clinical Trials

Avelumab in Previously Untreated Patients With Epithelial Ovarian Cancer (JAVELIN OVARIAN 100)

Start date: May 19, 2016
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase 3, open-label, international, multi-center, efficacy, and safety study of avelumab in combination with and/or following platinum-based chemotherapy. Eligible patients must have previously untreated, histologically confirmed Stage III-IV epithelial ovarian (EOC), fallopian tube cancer (FTC), or primary peritoneal cancer (PPC) and be candidates for platinum-based chemotherapy. The primary purpose of the study is to demonstrate if avelumab given as single agent in the maintenance setting following frontline chemotherapy or in combination with carboplatin/paclitaxel is superior to platinum-based chemotherapy alone followed by observation in this population of newly diagnosed ovarian cancer patients.

NCT ID: NCT02596893 Terminated - Crohn Disease Clinical Trials

Efficacy and Safety Study of Mongersen (GED-0301) for the Treatment of Subjects With Active Crohn's Disease

Start date: December 8, 2015
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of study is to test the effects of an experimental medication GED-0301 (mongersen) in patients who have active Crohn's disease. The study will test GED-0301 compared to placebo for 52 weeks. The study treatment is blinded which means that patients and the study doctor will not know which treatment has been assigned. Patients in this study will be allowed treatment with stable doses of oral aminosalicylates, oral corticosteroids, immunosupressants and antibiotics for the treatment of Crohn's disease. After 12 weeks in the study until the end of the study, patients who do not have an improvement in their Crohns disease symptoms will have the option to enter a long term active treatment study. Participants who discontinued the study anytime or completed the study at Week 52 were then observed for an additional 4 weeks.
