Eligibility Inclusion Criteria: - Consequent patients with a diagnosis of CP between January 2010 to December 2015 - informed consents provided Exclusion Criteria: - autoimmune pancreatitis (AIP) - pancreatic cancer diagnosed within 2 years after the diagnosis of CP
