Study of APG2575 Single Agent and Combination Therapy in Patients With Relapsed/Refractory CLL/SLL

Start date: August 31, 2020
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2

NCT ID: NCT04464200 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

19(T2)28z1xx Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T Cells in People With B-Cell Cancers

Start date: July 6, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to test the safety of 19(T2)28z1xx CAR T cells in people with relapsed/refractory B-cell cancers. The researchers will try to find the highest dose of 19(T2)28z1xx CAR T cells that causes few or mild side effects in participants. Once they find this dose, they can test it in future participants to see if it is effective in treating their relapsed/refractory B-cell cell cancers. This study will also look at whether 19(T2)28z1xx CAR T cells work against participants' cancer.

NCT ID: NCT04419389 Terminated - Clinical trials for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

APR-246 in Combination With Acalabrutinib or Venetoclax Based Therapy in Subjects With R/R Non Hodgkin Lymphomas (NHL)

R/R
Start date: March 2, 2021
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Study to determine the preliminary safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetic (PK) profile of APR-246 in combination with either acalabrutinib or venetoclax + rituximab therapy in subjects with NHL, including relapsed and/or refractory (R/R) CLL and R/R MCL.

NCT ID: NCT04370457 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Myelodysplastic Syndromes

MyPal ePRO-based Early Palliative Care System in Adult Patients With Hematologic Malignancies

Start date: January 1, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Randomized unblinded interventional clinical trial: Arm Intervention Experimental arm (n=150): Intervention group Administration of the MyPal ePRO system the intervention group will use the ePRO tools provided in the project. Standard care arm (n=150): no intervention besides general palliative care if required general palliative care if required. Patients will be randomly assigned in a 1:1 fashion to use the MyPal system and receive related-intervention versus general palliative care, stratified by cancer type (i.e. CLL vs MDS), using a computer-generated number sequence, which will be concealed until after group assignment.

NCT ID: NCT04358458 Terminated - Clinical trials for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

First-in-Human (FIH) Trial of GEN3009 in Subjects With Relapsed or Refractory B-Cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphomas

Start date: March 24, 2020
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The drug that will be investigated in the study is an antibody, GEN3009. Since this is the first study of GEN3009 in humans, the main purpose is to evaluate safety. Besides safety, the study will determine the recommended GEN3009 dose to be tested in a larger group of patients and assess preliminary clinical activity of GEN3009. GEN3009 will be studied in a broad group of cancer patients, having different kinds of lymphomas. All patients will get GEN3009 either as a single treatment (monotherapy) or in combination with another antibody-candidate for treatment of cancer in the blood. The study consists of two parts: Part 1 tests increasing doses of GEN3009 ("escalation"), followed by Part 2 which tests the recommended GEN3009 dose from Part 1 ("expansion").

NCT ID: NCT04356846 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

A Phase I Study of LP-108 in Patients With Relapsed or Refractory B-cell Lymphoma

Start date: May 1, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This study is a multi-center, open-label, single-arm phase I clinical study of LP-108. Patients with relapsed or refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL, arm A) and other B cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL, Arm B). Each arm has a dose escalation phase (phase Ia) and expansion phase (phase Ib). During the dose escalation phase, the primary objectives are to define dose-limiting toxicity (DLT), maximum tolerated dose (MTD), and to explore a recommended phase II dose. Dose escalation is based on the classic "3 + 3" design, while accelerated titration is applied to the initial lower doses. After the RP2Ds are determined, additional patients will be enrolled in the expansion phase to further evaluation the safety, PK and preliminary efficacy of LP-108, each therapy can enroll 12-20 subjects.

NCT ID: NCT04342117 Terminated - Lymphoma Clinical Trials

REAL
Start date: April 23, 2020
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

This study will assess whether there are differences in effectiveness and safety outcomes among PI3K-treated patients in a real world registry, compared to patients treated in clinical trials.

NCT ID: NCT04312841 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

Start date: September 15, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase II trial studies how well letermovir works for the prevention of cytomegalovirus reactivation in patients with hematological malignancies treated with alemtuzumab. Patients receiving treatment with alemtuzumab may experience cytomegalovirus reactivation. Letermovir may block cytomegalovirus replication and prevent infection.
