NCT ID: NCT04666025 Completed - Clinical trials for Acute Myeloid Leukemia

SARS-CoV-2 Donor-Recipient Immunity Transfer

Start date: September 23, 2020
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This study investigates whether donors with previous exposure to COVID-19 can pass their immunity by hematopoietic (blood) stem cell transplant (HCT) donation to patients that have not been exposed. Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) is the virus that causes the COVID19 infection. This study may provide critical information for medical decision-making and possible immunotherapy interventions in immunocompromised transplant recipients, who are at high risk for COVID19 severe illness.

NCT ID: NCT04665115 Withdrawn - Clinical trials for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

Ibrutinib for the Treatment of Patients With B-Cell Malignancies Who Are Infected With Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19)

Start date: November 23, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase II trial studies the effects of ibrutinib in treating patients with B-cell malignancies who are infected with COVID-19. Ibrutinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Ibrutinib is a first in class Bruton tyrosine kinase inhibitor (BTKi), for the treatment of B-cell malignancies. This study is being done to determine if taking ibrutinib after contracting COVID-19 will make symptoms better or worse.

NCT ID: NCT04663100 Recruiting - Multiple Myeloma Clinical Trials

Oral Adherence in Hematological Oncology Agents and Impact on Comorbid Therapy Adherence

Start date: February 8, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The objective of this study is to improve medication, symptom, and disease management of patients with hematological malignancies and multiple chronic conditions (2 or more conditions in addition to cancer) through care coordination between pharmacists working in oncology practices and those working in primary care or community practices (Pharmacists Coordinated care Oncology Model [PCOM]). This is a pilot study in which the investigators will examine the association between outcome measures, but the study design and sample size are insufficient to quantify the impact of OAA initiation or OAA adherence on adherence to chronic medications. This pilot study and data analyses are being done in preparation for a larger, controlled study.

NCT ID: NCT04660045 Withdrawn - Clinical trials for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

Early Intervention With Acalabrutinib in Patients With High Risk CLL

Start date: May 2022
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study evaluates the effectiveness of acalabrutinib treatment in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) deemed at high risk for Richter's Transformation (RT). This is a single arm study. Enrolled patients will initiate therapy with acalabrutinib and will dose continuously. While on study, subjects will be monitored monthly for the first 3 months, then every three months thereafter until disease progression, discontinuation due to toxicity, death, or study completion.

NCT ID: NCT04657224 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

A Study of JNJ-64264681 and JNJ-67856633 in Participants With Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma and Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

Start date: February 25, 2021
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The primary purpose of this study is to determine: the recommended Phase 2 doses (RP2Ds) of JNJ-64264681 and JNJ 67856633 when administered together in participants with B cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) (Part A - Dose Escalation); and the safety of the RP2Ds for this combination in different histologies/participant populations (Part B - Cohort Expansion).

NCT ID: NCT04657094 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

Acalabrutinib for the Treatment of Relapsed or Refractory Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia in Patients With Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

Start date: March 16, 2021
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase II trial studies the effect of acalabrutinib in treating autoimmune hemolytic anemia that has come back (relapsed) or has not responded to previous treatment (refractory) in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia. Acalabrutinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.

NCT ID: NCT04640909 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

Impact of Treatment With Targeted Therapies on the Generation of CAR T Cells in CLL Patients

Start date: October 1, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

In this biological study, blood samples will be collected from patients with CLL treated with targeted agents (ibrutinib and venetoclax) to assess the impact of these treatments on the generation of CAR T cells in terms of manufacturing efficiency, immunophenotypic characteristics and functional properties.

NCT ID: NCT04629729 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

FT819 in Subjects With B-cell Malignancies

Start date: July 26, 2021
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase I dose-finding study of FT819 as monotherapy and in combination with IL-2 in subjects with relapsed/refractory B-cell Lymphoma, Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia and Precursor B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. The study will consist of a dose-escalation stage and an expansion stage where participants will be enrolled into indication-specific cohorts.

NCT ID: NCT04624633 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

Acalabrutinib, Umbralisib, and Ublituximab (AU2) In Relapsed and Untreated CLL

Start date: December 15, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study is testing the effectiveness of the study drug combination of acalabrutinib, umbralisib, and ublituximab in participants with Chronic Lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). The names of the study drugs involved in this study are/is: - Acalabrutinib (CALQUENCE®, ACP-196) - Umbralisib (TGR-1202) - Ublituximab (TG-1101)

NCT ID: NCT04616274 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

Pharmacokinetics of Venetoclax in Patients With Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

Start date: July 1, 2020
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Venetoclax is a treatment for chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and acute myeloid leukemia (AML). However, the pharmacokinetic data in Chinese population, as well as the change of venetoclax plasma concentration while taking CYP enzyme inducers or inhibitors, remained unknown so far. Therefore, the aim of this study is to investigate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of venetoclax.
