Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread.
This phase II trial studies the effect of belinostat and SGI-110 (guadecitabine) or ASTX727 in treating patients with conventional chondrosarcoma that cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable) and has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic). Belinostat may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Chemotherapy drugs, such as guadecitabine and ASTX727, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving belinostat in combination with guadecitabine or ASTX727 may lower the chance of unresectable and metastatic chondrosarcoma growing or spreading.

Anti-angiogenesis Tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) have been proved to show promising effects on prolonging progression-free survival (PFS) for advanced chondrosarcoma after failure of standard multimodal Therapy. Methylsulfonic apatinib is one of those TKIs which specifically inhibits VEGFR-2. This study summarizes the experience of two Peking University affiliated hospitals in off-label use of apatinib in the treatment of extensively pre-treated chondrosarcoma.
Unresectable (including metastatic) conventional chondrosarcoma requires high dose radiation for local control. Radiation Oncologists have traditionally used long radiation courses and concern for toxicity to surrounding organs at risk. Stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) has the ability to deliver high doses of radiation in a manner that may improve clinical response but has size limitations. SBRT delivered with lattice radiotherapy (LRT) may safely dose escalate smaller portions of the tumor and also provide improved cancer control. This study is to evaluate the safety and initial efficacy of this treatment approach.
Forty patients with pancreatic cancer, sarcoma and carcinoma of breast will receive DeltaRex-G intravenously at a dose of 1-4 x 10e11 colony forming units (cfu) or equivalent 0.6-1.8 x 10e10 RV copies per dose one to three times a week. DeltaRex-G may be given alone or with one or more FDA approved cancer therapies/immunotherapies. Based on previous Phase 1/2 US based clinical studies, DeltaRex-G does not suppress the bone marrow or cause serious organ dysfunction, and enhanced immune cell trafficking in tumors may cause the tumors to appear larger or new lesions to appear on CT, PET or MRI. Further, tumor stabilization/regression/remission may occur later during the treatment period. Therefore, DeltaRex-G will be continued regardless of CT, PET or MRI results if the patient has clinical benefit and does not have symptomatic disease progression.
This is a prospective longitudinal study to access postoperative 2-year quality of life in patients who undergo endonasal endoscopic approach surgeries of the skull base.
This is a randomized, double-blinded, 2 arms study concerning patients with bone sarcoma after the first line therapy. In the first arm, patients will be treated with regorafenib for a maximum of 12 months as maintenance therapy after first line therapy, whereas in the second arm, patients will be treated with placebo (standard of care). The comparison between this two arms will allow to determine whether or not regorafenib is efficient for disease control, in terms of Relapse-Free Survival improvement.
This is a single-arm, phase II study that will enroll a total of 45 subjects. All subjects will have a confirmed diagnosis of metastatic or unresectable soft tissue sarcoma or bone sarcoma. All subjects must have intact Rb, identified at the time of screening, by immunohistochemistry testing of submitted tumor specimen. Subjects will receive Abemaciclib 200 mg twice daily until progression or discontinuation criteria are met.
