Eligibility Inclusion Criteria: - all patients who have extensive or recuutrent cholesteatoma undergoing canal wall down tympanomastoidectomy Exclusion Criteria: - not willing for surgery - Malignancy - Patients with intracranial complication - Residual cholesteatoma
