The main question it aims to answer is: • To get early accurate diagnosis of the invasion depth of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma by narrow-band imaging endoscopy data. Participants' clinical informations from routine examinations and treatments will be collected, there will be no harm to participants.

ctDNA and MRI Parameters in Head and Neck Cancer

Patients undergoing primary radiochhemotherapy for locally advanced head and neck squamous cell carcinomas are included in this study. In addition to standard of care treatment patients will undergo addiational blood draws and MR imaging studies. Circulating cell free tumor DNA will be analysed in the blood samples. BIological data, imaging data and clinical data (such as patient and tumor characteristics, oncologic outcome, side effects) will be analysed in a biomathematical modelling approach.

Study of the Role of Oncostatin M in Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma

The ROMCOR study will be interested in the impact and the role of oncostatin M (OSM), a cytokine belonging to IL-6 superfamily, in the physiopathology of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma. The study team will study the impact of the presence of OSM and its main receptor OSM-R2 on several survival outcomes (overall survival, progression free survival) by multiple technics such as immunohistochemistry, transcriptomic in situ assays and spatial transcriptomic. Furthermore, the study team will try to show a link between serum level of several cytokines and in situ tumoral OSM.

A total of at least 1,000 participants with suspicion of cancer including at least 107 subjects who will be diagnosed with OSCC or OPSCC will be enrolled from either primary or secondary care centers in the U.S. Clinicians will use Viome collection kits to collect saliva samples from eligible patients.
