Inclusion Criteria: - Ages 21-65 - Body mass index (BMI) between 20-45 kg/m2 - Workers of Maccabi Healthcare Services - Members of Maccabi Healthcare Services Exclusion Criteria: -Clinical dietitians / Nutritionists |
