View clinical trials related to Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS).
Filter by:The objectives of this prospective observational study is to explore 1-year clinical response via both Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Index (BASDAI) and Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Score (ASDAS) after initiation of adalimumab therapy in AS patients from routine clinical practices in Taiwan.
The objective of this study is to evaluate the effect of adalimumab on health outcomes in participants with rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and plaque psoriasis.
the main objectives are 1. to study the pathophysiological role of KIR3DL2 in axSpA and its relationship with Th17 immunity in HLA-B27 + and HLA-B27- patients and 2. to assess the effect on the pro-inflammatory immune response of a cytotoxic monoclonal antibody IPH4102 (anti-KIR3DL2) in these patients. The study will be carried out on blood samples from 24 patients with axSpA, 12 HLA-B27 + and 12 HLA-B27-, without any drug injection nor direct therapeutic benefit for the participating patients and 12 healthy controls.
This study aims to evaluate the impact of AbbVie Care 2.0 on adalimumab's compliance, patient reported outcomes and utilization of health resources over 12 months.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of upadacitinib in participants with active ankylosing spondylitis (AS) who have had an inadequate response to at least 2 non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) or intolerance to or a contraindication for NSAIDs, and who are naïve to biologic disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs (bDMARD).
The objective of this study is to access retention rate, persistence and adherence in population of spondylarthritis (SpA) (ankylosing spondylitis (AS) and psoriatic arthritis (PsA)) participants treated with adalimumab in routine clinical settings in the Russian Federation.
The overall purpose of the trial is to assess the clinical efficacy of three different subcutaneous doses of BI 655066 (risankizumab) in adult patients with AS, in order to provide clinical proof of concept and to select dose (s) for confirmatory clinical trials.
RATIONAL is a multinational, multicentre, observational, cross sectional study of adult patients in treatment with NSAID therapy for OA, RA or AS during for at least 2 weeks before study visit (at least one dose).
1. To determine the effect of Golimumab treatment on the number and function of Endothelial Progenitor Cells (EPCs) in Ankylosing Spondylitis(AS) patients as a possible mechanism for the effect of this treatment on endothelial function. 2. To ascertain the effect of Golimumab treatment on , carotid intima-media thickness, vascular stiffness in Ankylosing Spondylitis(AS) patients as measured by pulse wave velocity (PWV) and Augmentation index (AIx). 3. To assess the clinical efficacy of Golimumab in Chinese Ankylosing Spondylitis(AS) patients according to ASAS response criteria at month 3, 6 and 12. 4. To perform cost-effectiveness and cost-utility analyses of the Golimumab in Ankylosing Spondylitis(AS) patients, using clinic-base data.
This is a non-interventional, post-marketing, observational study (PMOS) in which Humira (adalimumab) is prescribed in the usual manner in accordance with the terms of the local marketing authorization with regards to dose, population and indication. No data currently exists to characterize patient populations being prescribed Humira in Eastern Europe. Further, it is important to establish the clinical outcome and tolerability of Humira in Eastern European patients, as well as their compliance with Humira treatment, in particular the acceptability of self-injection, which may influence all of the above in routine clinical practice.
