Filter by:This study will be a multi-institutional, prospective, observational study of patients with localized primary AS of any site within ISG and RTR centers. Patients will be treated according to clinical practice of the center and according to ISG clinical recommendations on localized AS.

Ensure the safety and tolerability, Determine Quality of Life (QoL) • Exploratory: Characterize the TME Participants will be asked to ensure - Baseline biopsy and further optional biopsies - Treatment propranolol 40 mg BID and pembrolizumab 2 mg/kg Q3 weeks - Evaluation, blood counts, QoL and blood samples for biomarkers according to schedule
Participants of this study will have a diagnosis of a solid tumor cancer that has come back to its original location or spread beyond its original location (advanced), came back (relapsed) or worsened (refractory) after standard treatments, or no standard treatments are available for the participants' cancer. The purpose of this study if to find the highest dose of MQ710 that causes few or mild side effects in participants with a solid tumor cancer diagnosis.

This is an open label, two-stratum, phase 2 clinical trial evaluating the efficacy of 9-ING-41 in combination with gemcitabine/docetaxel in patients ≥10 years of age with advanced sarcoma. 9-ING-41 in combination with gemcitabine and docetaxel will lead to sustained disease control and/or increase the rates of objective response in patients with unresectable or metastatic soft tissue and bone sarcomas.
9-ING-41 in combination with gemcitabine and docetaxel will lead to sustained disease control and/or increase the rates of objective response in patients with unresectable or metastatic soft tissue and bone sarcomas. This is an open label, two-stratum, phase 2 clinical trial evaluating the efficacy of 9-ING-41 in combination with gemcitabine/docetaxel in patients ≥10 years of age with advanced sarcoma. Stratum A: Patients with advanced soft tissue sarcoma previously treated with 0-3 prior lines of systemic therapy will receive 9-ING-41 twice weekly with gemcitabine on days 1 and 8 and docetaxel on day 8 of a 21-day cycle until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity. Stratum B: Patients with relapsed or refractory bone sarcoma previously treated with at least one line of systemic therapy will receive 9-ING-41 twice weekly with gemcitabine on days 1 and 8 and docetaxel on day 8 of a 21-day cycle until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity. Disease response assessment will be performed every 2 cycles (6 weeks) for the first 8 cycles (24 weeks), then every 12 weeks thereafter.
This Phase 2, open-label study is designed to examine the efficacy and safety of single-agent AGEN2034 and combination AGEN2034 + AGEN1884 in patients with recurrent, inoperable or metastatic Angiosarcoma (AS).
This is a window opportunity study of propranolol in patients with angiosarcoma. The aim of this study is to prospectively evaluate the activity of propranolol in the clinical setting as monotherapy, where the neoadjuvant setting provides a good opportunity to rapidly evaluate both the clinical response and histological response, without a significant delay in anti-cancer treatment.
Among skin malignancies, patients with malignant melanoma or angiosarcoma are treated with BNCT using CICS-1 and SPM-011 (borofalan (10B)). Through this trial, safety and appropriate treatment dose will be determined.
