NCT ID: NCT03151018 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Coronary Artery Disease

Effect and Efficacy of Onyx™, Zotarolimus-eluting Stent for Coronary Atherosclerosis

HOST-ONYX
Start date: May 2015
Phase: N/A
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

The objectives of this study are 1. To establish a prospective registry of the whole patients who received percutaneous coronary intervention with Resolute Onyx™ stent. 2. To evaluate the long-term efficacy and safety of coronary stenting with the Resolute Onyx™ stent. 3. To compare the long-term efficacy and safety of coronary stenting between the Resolute Onyx™ stent and other contemporary drug-eluting stents which had established their own registry.

NCT ID: NCT03134105 Withdrawn - Angina Clinical Trials

A Wearable EducAtional Intervention to REduce Angina

AWARE
Start date: September 2017
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The AWARE-Angina study is a cluster randomized trial aimed at evaluating whether routine provider feedback of patients' angina burden and activity level can improve angina control. Patients will wear an activity monitor for 6 months, and their providers will be randomized to receive either monthly feedback or feedback at the end of the study period.

NCT ID: NCT03103620 Completed - Clinical trials for Myocardial Infarction

Safety and Effectiveness Evaluation of COBRA PzF Coronary Stent System: A Post Marketing Observational Registry

eCOBRA
Start date: September 10, 2015
Phase:
Study type: Observational

A multi-center, prospective, consecutive enrolled, observational registry. The population being studied includes all patients undergoing treatment of "de novo" lesions in native coronary vessels, saphenous vein graft and/or arterial bypass conduits with the COBRA PzF coronary stent system. The registry will primarily assess the rate of MACE (cardiac death, myocardial infarction and clinically driven target lesion revascularization.

NCT ID: NCT03089450 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Ischemic Heart Disease

To Evaluate Safety and Efficacy of CGBIO Stent Compared to Biomatrix Flex Stent

Start date: March 22, 2017
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

to evaluate safety and efficacy of CGBIO stent(DES) compared to Biomatrix flex stent(DES)

NCT ID: NCT03084367 Completed - Clinical trials for Coronary Artery Disease

Physiologic Assessment of Coronary Stenosis Following PCI

DEFINE PCI
Start date: June 20, 2017
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This is a pilot study designed to assess the relationship between iFR (instantaneous wave-free ratio) pullback and the distribution of coronary atheroma/stenoses as assessed by Quantitative Coronary Angiography (QCA) post angiographically successful PCI (Percutaneous Coronary Intervention).

NCT ID: NCT03063697 Enrolling by invitation - Clinical trials for Congestive Heart Failure

Observational Study to Evaluate the Safety of DILATREND SR Cap. in Korean Patients With Essential Hypertension, Chronic Stable Angina and Congestive Heart Failure

DELIGHT
Start date: November 2015
Phase: N/A
Study type: Observational

The purpose of this study is to Evaluate the Safety of DILATREND SR Cap. in Korean Patients with Essential hypertension, Chronic stable angina and Congestive heart failure for 52 weeks.

NCT ID: NCT03044964 Recruiting - Angina Clinical Trials

Effect of Ranolazine on Activity Level in Patients With Angina After FFR Based Deferred Intervention (REPTAR)

REPTAR
Start date: January 10, 2017
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

The post-marketing study is designed to evaluate the activity level and exercise tolerance of patients with deferred percutaneous intervention due to FFR (fractional flow reserve) greater or equal to 0.81 and treatment with Ranolazine versus placebo.

NCT ID: NCT03039751 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Coronary Artery Disease

ReGenHeart
Start date: October 19, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of the study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of catheter mediated endocardial adenovirus-mediated vascular endothelial growth factor-D (AdVEGF-D) regenerative gene transfer in patients with refractory angina to whom revascularisation cannot be performed.

NCT ID: NCT03037047 Recruiting - Unstable Angina Clinical Trials

Efficacy and Safety of Salvianolate Injection in Elderly Patients With Unstable Angina Pectoris

Start date: May 11, 2016
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

This parallel, double blind, randomized, controlled, multi-center study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of salvianolate injection in elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris.

Comparing TR Band to Statseal in Conjunction With TR Band

Start date: January 1, 2017
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The primary objectives of this study are to evaluate the performance of StatSeal Advanced used in conjunction with the TR Band (SSA) as compared to the TR Band without SSA (TRB) relative to: the incidence of peri-procedural radial artery occlusion (RAO) at discharge or 24 hours, whichever occurs first, and the Time to Hemostasis (TTH).
