A Study to Collect Pre-existing Data on the Administration of Cabozantinib in Participants With Advanced Renal Cell Carcinoma (aRCC) Who Initiated Cabozantinib in 2nd Line in a Real-life Clinical Setting in France.

Cabozantinib is an orally bioavailable tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) approved in patients with aRCC previously treated with a Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF)-targeted therapy. Cabozantinib has been increasingly used in routine care in second line and more in advanced or metastatic RCC in France. Cabozantinib effectiveness and safety notably in a real-word setting are now well known, but too many questions that arise during the routine care of patients with aRCC remain unanswered by the current literature. Obtaining data on cabozantinib effectiveness and treatment pattern in those participants subpopulations will allow physicians to improve patients care. The aims of this study are to describe the effectiveness - in terms of Duration of Treatment (DOT), Best Overall Response (BOR) and Progression-Free Survival (PFS) - and the safety of second line cabozantinib a real-life setting in France and to address the unanswered questions that arise during the routine care of patients with aRCC treated with cabozantinib in order to improve the care of these participants.

A Non-interventional Retrospective Study to Describe Early Clinical Experience With Cabozantinib in Patients With Advanced Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC) in the UK

Clinical experience with cabozantinib is limited in the UK and Ireland and there is anecdotal evidence of there being variability between clinicians in terms of where cabozantinib is used in the treatment pathway. The present study aims to collate and report the experiences of a sample of National Health Service (NHS) Trusts that enrolled patients onto the managed access programme. The study will describe the positioning of cabozantinib in the treatment pathway, associated clinical outcomes and characteristics of patients with advanced RCC receiving cabozantinib in this early clinical experience setting. The results will provide valuable information for collective learning on how to prescribe and manage cabozantinib and its optimal positioning in the patient pathway. Overall, the findings will contribute to a better understanding of how best to manage patients with advanced RCC in routine practice.

Trebananib With or Without Bevacizumab, Pazopanib Hydrochloride, Sorafenib Tosylate, or Sunitinib Malate in Treating Patients With Advanced Kidney Cancer

This randomized phase II trial studies how well trebananib with or without bevacizumab, pazopanib hydrochloride, sorafenib tosylate, or sunitinib malate works in treating patients with kidney cancer that has spread to other places in the body and usually cannot be cured or controlled with treatment (advanced). Trebananib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking blood flow to the tumor. Immunotherapy with monoclonal, such as bevacizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Pazopanib hydrochloride, sorafenib tosylate, and sunitinib malate may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth or by blocking blood flow to the tumor. It is not yet known whether giving trebananib with or without bevacizumab, pazopanib hydrochloride, sorafenib tosylate, or sunitinib malate is more effective in treating kidney cancer.
