View clinical trials related to Acute Myelogenous Leukemia.
Filter by:This is a Phase 2a, Open-label, one arm study in which the eligible patients will be treated with IV Nerofe, three times a week in 28 days cycles (up to 12 cycles). Evaluation will include safety procedures, blood level of study drug in certain time points, immune system response and tests checking the mechanism of the drug action.
This research study is studying a cancer vaccine called Dendritic Cell/AML Fusion vaccine (DC/AML vaccine) as a possible treatment for Acute Myelogenous Leukemia (AML). The interventions involved in this study are: -Dendritic Cell/AML Fusion vaccine (DC/AML vaccine)
This is a First-in-Human, single arm, open-label, multi-national study designed to determine the safety, tolerability and preliminary efficacy of MCLA 117.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety of progressively substituting day +3 and +4 post-transplant cyclophosphamide (PT-CY) with post-transplant bendamustine (PT-BEN) in myeloablative (MAC) haploidentical hematopoietic cell transplantation (HHCT) for patients with hematological malignancies. The goal of the Phase 1 component of the study is to evaluate the safety of progressively substituting post-transplant cyclophosphamide (PT-CY) given on Days +3 and +4 with bendamustine (PT-BEN). The Phase I component of the study has been completed. The Phase Ib component of the study will continue to evaluate the safety and efficacy of subjects who receive PT-BEN on Days +3 and +4 at the maximum tolerated dose determined by Phase I. The Phase Ib component of the study has been completed. Approximately, 18-36 subjects will be treated as part of Phase I and 15 as part of Phase Ib. Approximately 18 subjects will be used as controls, subjects that receive no PET-BEN, for direct comparison. Total, approximately 38-56 treatment and control patients and 38-56 donor subjects will be enrolled.
This is a single center pilot study of a non-myeloablative umbilical cord blood transplant for the treatment of a hematological malignancy with a single infusion of T regulatory (Treg) given shortly after UCB transplantation.
The purpose of this clinical trial is to study genetically engineered NK92 cell therapy in treating patients with CD33 positive acute myeloid leukemias that is relapsed (after stem cell transplantation or intensive chemotherapy) or refractory to further chemotherapy.
Evaluate the effect of the addition of inecalcitol to decitabine treatment on overall survival in previously untreated AML patients aged 65 years or more who are randomly assigned to receive decitabine with or without inecalcitol.
The purpose of the first part of this study is to establish the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of oral ciprofloxacin when given in combination with a fixed dose of oral etoposide in patients with resistant acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The purpose of the second part of this study is to determine if the established dose of oral ciprofloxacin in combination with oral etoposide is effective in the treatment of patients with resistant AML.
The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and tolerability of weekly intravenous (IV) administration of XmAb14045 and to determine the maximally tolerated dose (MTD) after the first dose, and then to determine the MTD after second and subsequent infusions.
This Phase 1/2 study will evaluate the safety, efficacy, PK, and PD of FT-2102 (olutasidenib) as a single agent or in combination with azacitidine or cytarabine. The Phase 1 stage of the study is split into 2 distinct parts: a dose escalation part, which will utilize an open-label design of FT-2102 (olutasidenib) (single agent) and FT-2102 (olutasidenib) + azacitidine (combination agent) administered via one or more intermittent dosing schedules followed by a dose expansion part. The dose expansion part will enroll patients in up to 5 expansion cohorts, exploring single-agent FT-2102 (olutasidenib) activity as well as combination activity with azacitidine or cytarabine. Following the completion of the relevant Phase 1 cohorts, Phase 2 will begin enrollment. Patients will be enrolled across 8 different cohorts, examining the effect of FT-2102 (olutasidenib) (as a single agent) and FT-2102 (olutasidenib) + azacitidine (combination) on various AML/MDS disease states.
