View clinical trials related to Acute Major Bleeding.
Filter by:This is a multicentre, prospective, randomised, double-blinded, group-sequential, parallel-group, adaptive design, phase 3 study to demonstrate the haemostatic efficacy and safety of four-factor prothrombin complex concentrate, OCTAPLEX, in patients with acute major bleeding on DOAC therapy with factor Xa inhibitor. Patients will be randomised 1:1 to either of two study groups: low-dose vs. high-dose OCTAPLEX.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate efficacy and safety of a Prothrombin Complex Concentrate (PCC), BE1116. BE1116 will be used for the rapid reversal of coagulopathy induced by vitamin K antagonists in Japanese subjects who require immediate correction of international normalized ratio (INR) due to a major bleed or emergency surgery.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate efficacy, safety and tolerance of BERIPLEX® P/N (Kcentra) compared with plasma in regard to rapid reversal of coagulopathy induced by coumarin derivatives in subjects who require immediate correction of INR (International Normalized Ratio)and to stop an acute major bleeding.
