Filter by:The goal of this study is to learn if giving cemiplimab and vidutolimod together could be effective in treating advanced cancer. The main questions it aims to answer are: - How many participants' cancers respond to vidutolimod together with cemiplimab? - Is vidutolimod together with cemiplimab safe and well-tolerated? - How well does vidutolimod together with cemiplimab treat participants' cancer? Participants will receive trial treatment for up to 2 years. 30 days after stopping treatment, participants will have a follow-up visit. After that visit, the trial staff will continue to follow up with participants about every 3 months, until the trial ends.
This study will assess the efficacy and safety of Niraparib in participants with either tumor mutation in the BRCA gene (tBRCAmut) HER2- breast cancer (Independent of hormone receptor [HR] status, including HR positive [+] and TNBC) or tumor BRCA wild type (tBRCAwt) TNBC with molecular disease based on the presence of circulating tumor Deoxyribonucleic acid (ctDNA) following surgery or completion of adjuvant therapy.
This is a prospective, single-arm and open-label phase II study, evaluating the efficacy and safety of anlotinib combined with tislelizumab and AT regimen as neoadjuvant treatment for triple-negative breast cancer. Participants will undergo/receive PDL1 testing after enrollment. All patients will be receive 6 cycles of low-dose anlotinib combined with tislelizumab and AT(Doxorubicin or Epirubicin+albumin-bound paclitaxel)regimen, followed by surgery.
Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) lacks effective treatment options due to the absence of traditional therapeutic targets.This study is a multicentre, prospective trial. The primary objective of the trial was to evaluate the objective response rate to tslelizumab combined with eribulin in different subgroups(subgroup A: TMB High, B: PD-L1 positive,C, immunomodulatory (IM),D,NanoString superiority,E,other types)of relapse or metastasis TNBC after failure of second-line chemotherapy. Therefore, exploring new therapeutic options and identifying subgroups of patients who may benefit from special treatments has been a focal point of research. Doing so, we expect to guide new investigation efforts in this area.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Camrelizumab in Combination With Nab-Paclitaxel and carboplatin as Neoadjuvant Therapy in Participants With Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC).
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety, tolerability, and recommended dose(s) of BMS-986340 as monotherapy and in combination with nivolumab or docetaxel in participants with advanced solid tumors. This study is a first-in-human (FIH) study of BMS-986340 in participants with advanced solid tumors.
In this study, adults with non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC), triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) and squamous-cell carcinoma of the head and neck (SCCHN) will be treated with TAK-676 and pembrolizumab following radiotherapy. The main aims of this study are to check if people are improving after treatment with TAK-676, getting side effects from these combined treatments, and how much TAK-676 people with these cancers can receive without getting unacceptable side effects from it. Participants will receive radiotherapy, then at least 40 hours later will receive pembrolizumab followed by TAK-676 slowly through a vein (infusion). Participants will receive an infusion of pembrolizumab at the same dose every 3 weeks. Different small groups of participants will receive lower to higher doses of TAK-676 on specific days of a 21-day cycle. This study will be happening at sites in North America.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Sintilimab plus anlotinib combined with chemotherapy as neoadjuvant therapy in participants who have triple negative breast cancer (TNBC). After a screening phase of approximately 28 days, each participant will receive neoadjuvant study treatment (Sintilimab + anlotinib + chemotherapy) based on schedule for approximately 24 weeks (8 cycles). Each participant will then undergo definitive surgery 4-6 weeks after conclusion of the last cycle of the neoadjuvant study treatment. Following adjuvant study treatment, each participant will be monitored for safety, survival and disease recurrence. The primary outcome measure is pathological complete response (pCR) rate using the definition of ypT0/Tis ypN0.
Triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) is the most aggressive of breast cancers and it is usually treated with chemotherapy even before surgery. In many cases, the chemotherapy completely "melts" the tumor and these patients do well. When the tumor is not eliminated by the chemotherapy, the patient receive more chemotherapy after surgery to decrease the chances of it coming back. Yet many of these patients don't need that extra chemotherapy and will do well in any case. One of the most exciting recent developments in cancer is the use of "liquid biopsies". It turns out that the tumor's DNA, RNA and proteins can be detected in small vesicles found in the patient's blood. Thanks to advances in Artificial Intelligence, there is now informatics tools to integrate many types of molecular information. Our industrial partner, MIMs, will apply novel informatics tools to generate a test using all the molecular information obtained from blood vesicles and tissue that will be able to find out early if tumor has spread outside of the breast, and how much tumor is left after surgery. The goal is hope to develop a multi-dimensional test for TNBC patients that can be used to decide how much treatment they need and if treatment given after surgery is working.
This clinical study will investigate the utility of Fludeoxyglucose (18F) fluoromisonidazole (FMISO), in patients diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer (stage II-IV disease), to monitor and predict the effect of immunotherapy. This is a parallel imaging study to current treatment strategies and no clinical decisions or outcomes will be based on the imaging. If promising, this data will be used to design larger trials. A total of 20 patients will be recruited for this study. This trial will not designate the participant's treatment plan; they will be eligible based on their treatment plan designated from their oncologist.
