View clinical trials related to Triple Negative Breast Cancer.
Filter by:This is a dose escalation, MTD expansion (Phase 1b) and cohort expansions (Phase 2) study to assess the safety and tolerability of a combination of NAP with durvalumab in subjects with selected advanced or metastatic solid tumors.
This is a feasibility study to gain preliminary information regarding whether breast imaging with or without a core needle biopsy after neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) but before surgery can accurately predict complete pathologic response (pCR) in women with triple negative or HER2- positive breast cancer. pCR is defined as having no residual invasive breast cancer or ductal carcinoma in situ.
The purpose of the trial is to evaluate the safety of acasunlimab (also known as GEN1046) as monotherapy and in combination therapies in patients with malignant solid tumors
This is a phase I/Ib, open label study. The escalation portion will characterize the safety and tolerability of DKY709 and DKY709 in combination with PDR001 in subjects with NSCLC or melanoma who have received prior anti-PD-1/PD-L1 therapy, or subjects with NPC. After the determination of the MTD/RD for a particular treatment arm, dose expansion will further assess safety, tolerability, PK/PD, and anti-tumor activity of each regimen at the MTD/RD.
A Phase 1/2, open label, multi-center study to evaluate the safety, efficacy and tolerability of KY1044 as single agent and in combination with anti-PD-L1 (atezolizumab) in adult patients with selected advanced malignancies, who are ineligible for or there are no available therapies known to confer a clinical benefit for their disease, or they have exhausted all such available options in each indication and therefore will be patients for whom a clinical trial is appropriate.
An Open-Label Phase II Trial to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Neoadjuvant Neratinib Followed by Weekly Paclitaxel and Carboplatin Plus Neratinib in Early Stage Triple-Negative Breast Cancer Patients Who Exhibit Enhanced HER2 Signaling by Live Cell HER2 Signaling Transduction Analysis (FACT-2)
The purpose of this study is determine if receiving stereotactic body radiation(SBRT) when participants' metastatic tumors have just begun to grow increase the length of time before disease gets worse
The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and efficacy of combination therapy with pembrolizumab (MK-3475) and lenvatinib (E7080/MK-7902) in participants with triple negative breast cancer (TNBC), ovarian cancer, gastric cancer, colorectal cancer (CRC), glioblastoma (GBM), biliary tract cancers (BTC), or pancreatic cancer.
To evaluate the safety and tolerability of galinpepimut-S in combination with pembrolizumab in patients with selected advanced cancers. Patients will be followed long-term for Overall Survival (OS) and safety. The study will enroll approximately 90 patients and maximum study treatment duration is approximately 2.13 years.
This study will enroll patients who received neoadjuvant therapy for TNBC prior to surgery and did not get pCR. Given the relatively poor prognosis for these patients, this population is considered novel therapeutic as adjuvant treatment. Currently, capecitabine monotherapy could be beneficial to this group of patients according to CREATE-X trial results. The investigators are addressing the effect of anti-PD-L1, atezolizumab combined with capecitabine in patients with TNBC who did not get pCR after neoadjuvant chemotherapy compared to capecitabine monotherapy.
