View clinical trials related to Triple Negative Breast Cancer.
Filter by:This study will collect de-identified tumor samples, with correlated clinical/demographic data and tissue histology, from patients selected or scheduled for pre-treatment tumor biopsy or who have had a recent pre-treatment tumor biopsy. These specimens and clinical data may be used in subsequent studies for the development and validation of a diagnostic test.
This is a study evaluating the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetics of zilovertamab vedotin in participants with metastatic solid tumors including previously treated cancers of triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), non-TNBC HER2-negative breast cancer, non-squamous non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC), gastric cancer, pancreatic cancer, and platinum-resistant ovarian cancer. The study will evaluate a null hypothesis that the objective response rate (ORR) is ≤5% against the alternative hypothesis that it is ≥20%.
This clinical trial is a multicenter, randomized, open-label, phase-II study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of maintenance treatment with eribulin mesylate following standard adjuvant chemotherapy in triple negative breast cancer patients.
Positive circulating tumor DNA(ctDNA) status is associated with worse prognosis in breast cancer, especially triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC). Our trial aims to improve the outcome of TNBC patients by using ctDNA to identify patients with high relapse risk. ctDNA positive patients will be randomized to receive boost therapy or standard therapy indicated in NCCN guidelines after NAC.
This study is an interventional, prospective, multicentric, single-arm, open label, phase Ib clinical trial. This study will be carried out in patients diagnosed of metastatic or locally advanced unresectable triple negative breast cancer with activation of ERK and/or CDK4/6 in which the following will be assesed: the overall response rate, the aggregation of antitumor effect depending on the different kinome profiles and the safety profile to the combination of palbociclib and binimetinib.
This is a open-labeled, single-arm, Investigator-initiated clinical trial of camrelizumab (an anti-PD-1 antibody) in combination with radiotherapy in patients with early triple-negative breast cancer. We will enroll 60 subjects. This study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of camrelizumab combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of early TNBC。
This research study involves testing the safety and efficacy of an investigational intervention for patients with triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) that has spread, or metastasized, to other parts the body and is PD-L1-negative. The names of the study interventions involved in this study are: - Sacituzumab govitecan (Trodelvy™;IMMU-132) - Pembrolizumab (Keytruda®; MK-3475)
The purpose of the Phase 1/2a study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of SNK01 in combination with trastuzumab or cetuximab in order to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD)/recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D), and the preliminary efficacy for each combination regimen.
This is a multicenter, open-label, non-comparative, three-arm, phase IIa trial of Ipatasertib (GDC-0068) in combination with non-taxane chemotherapy agents for taxane-pretreated unresectable locally advanced or metastatic triple-negative breast cancer patients
The current study is designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of AL101 monotherapy in subjects with Notch-activated recurrent or metastatic TNBC; Notch activation will be determined by a Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) test.
