Pembrolizumab in combination with weekly paclitaxel and carboplatin (treatment 1) is followed by Pembrolizumab in combination with Olaparib (treatment 2) in neoadjuvant setting and Pembrolizumab in combination with Olaparib in adjuvant setting will be studied

NCT ID: NCT05475678 Recruiting - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

Clinical Study of Camrelizumab Combined With TCb Versus TCb in Neoadjuvant Treatment of Triple-negative Breast Cancer

Start date: December 20, 2022
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a special subtype of breast cancer that lacks the expression of ER, PR, and Her-2 proteins, accounting for 15%-20% of all breast cancers.TNBC patients do not benefit from endocrine therapy or HER-2-targeted therapy, but are sensitive to cytotoxic drug therapy.Although the survival of TNBC patients has improved significantly compared with the past, it is still the type with the worst prognosis among all subtypes of breast cancer. Methods and drugs to further improve the therapeutic effect of TNBC patients are still being explored. Camrelizumab, a PD-1 inhibitor produced by Hengrui, has been approved for the treatment of various malignant tumors including advanced lung cancer, advanced liver cancer and advanced esophageal cancer. Shows good therapeutic effect and safety. Therefore, this study intends to explore the superiority of camrelizumab on the basis of the less toxic anthracycline-free TCb regimen. In order to provide more effective and safe neoadjuvant therapy for lymph node-positive TNBC patients.

NCT ID: NCT05461690 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Triple Negative Breast Cancer

Phase II Study of Niraparib in Metastatic TNBC Patients With Homologous Recombination Deficiency

Start date: September 1, 2022
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The incidence of homologous recombination deficiency in metastatic triple negative breast cancer was 52%-59%,PARP plays a key role in sensing DNA damage and converting it into intracellular signals that activate the base excision repair (BER) and single-strand break repair pathways. Treatment with PARP inhibitors could represent a novel opportunity to selectively kill a subset of cancer cells with deficiencies in DNA repair pathways. This is a multicenter, single-arm, phase II study evaluating the efficacy and safety of niraparib in patients with HRD positive metastatic triple negative breast cancer.

NCT ID: NCT05460273 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Carcinoma, Non-Small-Cell Lung

A Study of Dato-DXd in Chinese Patients With Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer, Triple-negative Breast Cancer and Other Solid Tumors (TROPION-PanTumor02)

Start date: July 11, 2022
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Researchers are looking for a better way to treat advanced Triple-Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC) and Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC). "Advanced" usually means that the cancer keeps growing even with treatment. The cancer may also be "metastatic", which means that it has spread to other parts of the body or the surrounding tissue. The study drug, Datopotamab deruxtecan, is designed to work by attaching to the tumor cells and stopping the tumor growth. Datopotamab deruxtecan is also known as Dato-DXd. In this study, the researchers want to find out how well Dato-DXd works to stop tumors from growing in Chinese participants with NCSLC or TNBC. This is the first time Dato-DXd is being studied in Chinese population. Participants in this study will get Dato-DXd through a needle as an injection. They will get 1 dose of Dato-DXd every 3 weeks until their cancer gets worse or they leave the study for another reason. Participants will visit their study sites at least once every 3 weeks for as long as they are in the study. The study doctors will take blood samples every 3 weeks and take images of the participants' tumors every 6 weeks until the participant leaves the study.

NCT ID: NCT05453825 Recruiting - Colorectal Cancer Clinical Trials

Patients will be enrolled into one of the following cancer cohorts: - Cohort A: CRC - Cohort B: Gastric and GEJ cancer - Cohort C: TNBC - Cohort D: Platinum-resistant/refractory epithelial ovarian, primary peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer (ovarian cancer)

NCT ID: NCT05451849 Active, not recruiting - Colorectal Cancer Clinical Trials

A Phase 1/2 Trial of TC-510 In Patients With Advanced Mesothelin-Expressing Cancer

Start date: June 21, 2022
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

TC-510 is a novel cell therapy that consists of autologous genetically engineered T cells expressing two synthetic constructs: first, a single-domain antibody that recognizes human Mesothelin, fused to the CD3-epsilon subunit which, upon expression, is incorporated into the endogenous T cell receptor (TCR) complex and second, a PD-1:CD28 switch receptor, which is expressed on the surface of the T cell, independently from the TCR. The PD-1:CD28 switch receptor comprises the PD-1 extracellular domain fused to the CD28 intracellular domain via a transmembrane domain. Thus, the switch is designed to produce a costimulatory signal upon engagement with PD-L1 on cancer cells.
