Subarachnoid haemorrhage often affects people in middle age and is associated with high mortality or neurological damage. In recent years, advances in surgical techniques have im-proved the mortality rate. However, there is still need for the research for the optimal possible final effect of treatment. In our study, we've decided to examine the effect of a multimodal approach including Cerebrolysin in the supportive treatment of patients. We've examined the supply of neuroprotective drugs and neuromonitoring.

Artificial Intelligence-powered Virtual Assistant for Emergency Triage in Neurology

This study examines the use of an AI-powered virtual assistant for quickly identifying and handling neurological emergencies, particularly in places with limited medical resources. The research aimed to check if this AI tool is safe and accurate enough to move on to more advanced testing stages. In a first-of-its-kind trial, the virtual assistant was tested with patients having urgent neurological issues. Neurologists first reviewed the AI's recommendations using clinical records and then assessed its performance directly with patients. The findings were as follows: neurologists agreed with the AI's decisions nearly all the time, and the AI outperformed earlier versions of Chat GPT in every tested aspect. Patients and doctors found the AI to be highly effective, rating it as excellent or very good in most cases. This suggests the AI could significantly enhance how quickly and accurately neurological emergencies are dealt with, although further trials are needed before it can be widely used.

Effect of Inhalatory Sedation in Subarachnoid Hemorrhage

The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of inhalational sedation on cerebral perfusion in patients with SAH. It will evaluate whether the administration of isofluorane, by inducing direct vasodilation in the cerebral parenchyma, can improve the cerebral perfusion rates. Perfusional CT will be used to study the variation of cerebral blood flow to rule out the vasodilatory effect on territories with different cerebrovascular reactivity aggravating the phenomena of distrectual hypoperfusion (theft theory).

Dapsone Use in Patients With Aneurysmal Subarachnoid Hemorrhage.

Dapsone is a drug that has been used clinically for several decades due to its anti-infective effect, making it widely available. Its neuroprotective effects have been found through its glutamate receptors antagonistic effect. Their main objective was to study the neuroprotective properties in patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage and high-risk factors for the development of cerebral vasospasm. Both the placebo and the dapsone used in this clinical trial were provided by the institution's neurochemistry laboratory.
