The primary purpose of this observational study is to investigate the accuracy on the continuous and non-invasive hemoglobin monitoring during laparoscopic gastrectomy.
This trial will study SGN-CD47M to find out whether it is an effective treatment for different types of solid tumors and what side effects (unwanted effects) may occur. The study will have two parts. Part A of the study will find out how much SGN-CD47M should be given for treatment and how often. Part B of the study will use the dose found in Part A and look at how safe and effective the treatment is.
The study uses a case-control design that examines the differences in types of exposures between cases defined with a pathological confirmation of GC diagnosis, and controls, defined as patients to whom a gastroscopy was indicated and confirmed absent of GC i
The Purpose of This Study is to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Apafitini Combined With PD1 in Patients With Advanced Gastric Cancer After Second-line Treatment Failure, Thus Providing More Options for Patients With Advanced Gastric Cancer.
Using randomized control study, explore the effect of standardized nutrition education program on the nutrition status and life quality of patients with gastric cancer after surgery.
Germline mutation in e-cadherin gene (CDH1) is found in approximately 25% to 30% of individuals fulfilling the clinical criteria for hereditary diffuse gastric cancer (HDGC). Prophylactic gastrectomy is the mainstay of the management of cases with pathogenetic CDH1 mutation. However, some individuals refuse gastrectomy and prefer to delay it for medical or psychosocial reasons. For these patients as well as for those in which a pathogenetic mutation is not found, endoscopic surveillance is recommended. The suggested endoscopic protocol involves targeted as well as 30 random biopsies, which is tedious and time-consuming . In order to save time, two specimens can be taken during a single passage of the biopsy forceps ("double-bite" technique). The aim of this study was to determine the adequacy and utility of the "double-bite" technique in patients undergoing surveillance for HDGC as compared to the standard "single-bite technique".
Apatinib is a novel drug which was produced by Jiangsu Hengrui Medicine Co.Ltd in China. It is approved in advanced gastric cancer(GC). The investigators just want to design such kind of trail to prove its effect when combined with S-1 as maintenance in advanced HER-2 negatived GC treated with 4 cycles chemotherapy and valued as SD. Investigators will evaluate progression free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS).
The present trial will be conducted to verify if early supplemental parenteral nutrition in combination with nutritional counseling improves survival and the feasibility of chemotherapy, in addition to nutritional status, body composition, functional status and quality of life in treatment-naïve patients with metastatic gastric cancer at nutritional risk undergoing first-line chemotherapy.
The study aims to compare the efficacy and safety of S-1 for 9 months versus S-1 for 1 year as adjuvant chemotherapy after D2 resection in patients with gastric cancer. Hypothesis: For gastric patients after D2 resection, S-1 for 9 months shows non-inferiority to S-1 for 1 year in disease-free survival(DFS), overall survival (OS) and safety.
