Filter by:Evaluation of the diagnostic performance of PET / CT with 68Ga-DOTANOC in Gastroenteropancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors with comparison with other techniques used in routine clinical practice (octreoscan ® ; multiphase SPECT / CT, MRI or endoscopy). Therapeutic impact and safety of PET / CT with 68Ga-DOTANOC will also be assessed. Expected results are a confirmation of the superiority of 68Ga-PET DOTANOC versus scintigraphy octreoscan ®, with a potential impact on the therapeutic management of patients.
[Phase I] The main objective of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability and determine the Recommended Dose (RD) of HM781-36B(Poziotinib)combined with Paclitaxel and Trastuzumab [Phase II] The main objective of this study is to evaluate anticancer activity through determination of response rate of HM781-36B(Poziotinib)combined with Paclitaxel and Trastuzumab in patients with HER-2 positive advanced gastric cancer
This was an exploratory proof of concept study to determine the clinical activity of tasquinimod in patients with advanced or metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma, ovarian carcinoma, renal cell carcinoma and gastric carcinoma who had progressed after standard therapies.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the combination of Cisplatin,5-Fluorouracil(5FU) and Afatinib as first-line therapy in patients with advanced gastric or gastroesophageal junction cancer. The study will include 55 patients in all. The patients will receive open-label Cisplatin intravenous 75mg/m2 on Day 1, 5FU 750mg/m2 at 24-hour intravenous infusion on Days 1-4, and Afatinib 40mg per os on Days 3-5, 8-12, 15-19. The administration of Afatinib will start on Day 3 of each therapy cycle with an administration interval on each weekend ("Weekday on, Weekend off") for 21 days. Instructions are given on the dose reduction scheme in the presence of toxicity. The administration of the combination Cisplatin-5FU-Afatinib will be continued until disease progression, appearance of significant toxicity, completion of 6 treatment cycles, or withdrawal of consent. At completion of 6 cycles of the combination, in the absence of disease progression, the administration of Afatinib as maintenance monotherapy will be continued until disease progression, appearance of significant toxicity, or withdrawal of consent at the weekday on-weekend off schedule. Imaging will be applied once every 8 weeks, and once every 12 weeks in the Afatinib maintenance therapy phase.
This study is to evaluate if Bio-absorbable Felt(NEOVEIL®) makes the amount of exudate reduce and shortens time until drain removal after minimally invasive surgery for early gastric cancer.
This is a single arm phase 2 trial evaluating the efficacy and tolerability of intraperitoneal paclitaxel with oxaliplatin and capecitabine in advanced gastric cancer patients with peritoneal metastasis and/or cancer cells on peritoneal cytology. Twenty patients will be recruited into the study for an estimated period of two years. Paclitaxel will be administered intraperitoneally at 40mg/m2 on Day 1 and 8 in patients receiving standard intravenous oxaliplatin 130mg/m2 on Day 1 and capecitabine 1000mg/m2 on day 1-14. The study hypothesizes that the addition of intraperitoneal paclitaxel with chemotherapy will improve treatment efficacy.
To explore overall response rate of trastuzumab combined with TS-ONE based chemotherapy in first-line HER2-positive advanced gastric cancer.
The purpose of this study is to determine whether staining of the gastric mucosa increases the number of detected (pre)malignant foci of intestinal and diffuse type gastric cancer, in first degree relatives of individuals with familial gastric cancer.
This is a single-center, prospective, single-arm, open-label phase II study
Stage 1:First line therapy Sequential therapy of S1+Docetaxel followed by S1 is superior to concomitant S1+Docetaxel in the safety and clinical efficiency. Stage 2:Second line therapy To explore the feasibility of single drug(S1) maintenance treatment for advanced gastric cancer.
