Filter by:The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and tolerability of KRN951 administered to patients with solid tumors. In the single dose period, patients in each cohort will receive one oral dose of KRN951 in the first day, followed by a 6-day rest period during which no treatment is received. After that, patients in each cohort will receive one oral dose of KRN951 daily over a 21-day treatment period, followed by a 7-day rest period during which no treatment is received. Treatment will be continued in the absence of disease progression or unacceptable adverse events.
This is a Phase 1/1B, non-randomized, open-label, dose-escalation study of robatumumab (SCH 717454, MK-7454) administered in combination with chemotherapy in pediatric participants with solid tumors, to be conducted in conformance with Good Clinical Practices. This study will evaluate the safety, tolerability and dose-finding of robatumumab when administered in combination with temozolomide and irinotecan (Arm A); or cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, and vincristine (Arm B), or ifosfamide and etoposide (Arm C). The primary study hypothesis is that robatumumab can be safely administered in combination with chemotherapy regimens in pediatric participants with solid tumors.
This is a comparison, at this VA Hospital,of routine multi-visit and multi-testing for solid tumor recurrence in four tumor groups to a limited scheduled 5 visit history/physical with PET/CT only, over a five year period. The purpose is to show through utilization of the single most sensitive and specific test currently available-PET/CT-that survival for patients in follow-up can be improved.(Plus lowering medical costs and increasing patient confidence and compliance with follow-up appointments).
This study is being done to: - Test the safety of EP-100 and see what effect (good and bad) it has on the patient and their cancer; - Find the highest dose of EP-100 that can be given without causing bad side effects; - Examine how much EP-100 is in the blood at certain times after it is given and how quickly the body gets rid of it; - Observe whether there is any effect of EP-100 on the size and activity of cancer in the patient's body.
The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of age (geriatric) and renal function on the safety, efficacy and pharmacokinetics of OctreoScan at the recommended clinical dose in this patient population.
This is a Phase I, open-label, multicenter, dose-escalation study designed to assess the safety and tolerability of Genz-644282, administered as an intravenous (IV) infusion, to patients with advanced malignant solid tumors. Each 28 day cycle of treatment will consist of 3 consecutive weeks of treatment every 28 days(i.e., treatment will be administered on Days 1, 8, and 15 every 28 days). Each 21 day cycle of treatment will consist of 2 consecutive weeks of treatment every 21 days(i.e., treatment will be administered on Days 1 and 8 every 21 days). Treatment with Genz-644282 will continue until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity is observed. Approximately 110 patients will be enrolled in this study. Patients will be enrolled in escalating dose cohorts until the Maximum Tolerated Doses (MTDs) for the 2 dosing schedules are established. To further evaluate safety, approximately 40 additional patients with advanced malignant solid tumors will be enrolled and treated at the MTDs (20 for each dosing schedule) during an expansion phase.
This is a Phase 2 study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of cabozantinib (XL184) in subjects with selected advanced tumor types.
The primary purpose of this study is to find out what the maximum tolerated dose is for an experimental drug called AZD7762 when given with the approved drug gemcitabine based on the side effects experienced by patients that receive both drugs.
The purpose of the study is to investigate the safety, biodistribution, radiation dosimetry and pharmacokinetics of I-131-CLR1404.
The purpose of this study is to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD), safety, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD) and anti-tumor activity of E7050 when administered orally twice daily to patients with advanced solid tumors.
