NCT ID: NCT04055753 Active, not recruiting - Soft Tissue Sarcoma Clinical Trials

Study to Assess TOPO2A as a Biomarker for Sensitivity to Doxorubicin/Doxil in Soft Tissue Sarcoma

Start date: August 12, 2016
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The primary aim of this study is to determine the utility of TOPO2A as a biomarker for sensitivity to doxorubicin or its derivatives. Patients whose planned therapy is doxorucibin or doxil single agent may be enrolled into this trial. In light of its recent FDA approval and differing mechanism of action, patients receiving olaratumab along with doxorubicin will be eligible for this study. Doxorucibin will be administered at standard 21-day intervals. Doxil will be administered at standard 28-day intervals. Response to therapy will be assessed using standard RECIST criteria every 2 cycles. Patients will continue on study until disease progression, prohibitive toxicity or completion of cumulative dose of 450 mg/m2 of either agent. Overall survival will be assessed every 3 months for 1 year, every 6 months in year 2 and, annually until death.

NCT ID: NCT04055220 Recruiting - Osteosarcoma Clinical Trials

Efficacy and Safety of Regorafenib as Maintenance Therapy After First-line Treatment in Patients With Bone Sarcomas

REGOSTA
Start date: March 3, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This is a randomized, double-blinded, 2 arms study concerning patients with bone sarcoma after the first line therapy. In the first arm, patients will be treated with regorafenib for a maximum of 12 months as maintenance therapy after first line therapy, whereas in the second arm, patients will be treated with placebo (standard of care). The comparison between this two arms will allow to determine whether or not regorafenib is efficient for disease control, in terms of Relapse-Free Survival improvement.

NCT ID: NCT04052334 Completed - Sarcoma Clinical Trials

Lymphodepletion Plus Adoptive Cell Therapy With High Dose IL-2 in Adolescent and Young Adult Patients With Soft Tissue Sarcoma

Start date: September 27, 2019
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a single-arm trial that will evaluate the safety and feasibility of the Tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) treatment and the persistence of TIL survival in vivo following treatment

NCT ID: NCT04044768 Recruiting - Synovial Sarcoma Clinical Trials

Spearhead 1 Study in Subjects With Advanced Synovial Sarcoma or Myxoid/Round Cell Liposarcoma

Start date: August 13, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a study to investigate the efficacy and safety of ADP-A2M4 in HLA-A*02 eligible and MAGE-A4 positive subjects with metastatic or inoperable (advanced) Synovial Sarcoma (Cohort 1, 2 and 3 ) or MRCLS (Cohort 1) .

NCT ID: NCT04040205 Recruiting - Soft Tissue Sarcoma Clinical Trials

Abemaciclib for Bone and Soft Tissue Sarcoma With Cyclin-Dependent Kinase (CDK) Pathway Alteration

Start date: October 7, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a single-arm, phase II study that will enroll a total of 45 subjects. All subjects will have a confirmed diagnosis of metastatic or unresectable soft tissue sarcoma or bone sarcoma. All subjects must have intact Rb, identified at the time of screening, by immunohistochemistry testing of submitted tumor specimen. Subjects will receive Abemaciclib 200 mg twice daily until progression or discontinuation criteria are met.

NCT ID: NCT04037527 Suspended - Soft Tissue Sarcoma Clinical Trials

Gemcitabine and Docetaxel With Radiation in Adults With Soft Tissue Sarcoma of the Extremities

Start date: August 18, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this Phase 1 research study is to obtain data or information on the safety and effectiveness of the combination of gemcitabine, docetaxel with radiation.

NCT ID: NCT04033081 Recruiting - Sarcoma Clinical Trials

Registry of Sarcoma Patients Treated With Permanently Implantable LDR CivaSheet®

Start date: April 30, 2020
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

This patient study will determine the safety and toxicity of a permanently implantable brachytherapy source - CivaSheet® - which is designed to deliver a therapeutic dose of low dose rate (LDR) radiation with polymer encased Palladium-103. CivaSheet will be implanted in sarcoma patients with disease presenting in the retroperitoneum, abdomen, pelvis and trunk.

Start date: September 5, 2019
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The study is aimed at evaluating the safety of L19TNF in combination with the most appropriate dose of doxorubicin.

NCT ID: NCT04031677 Recruiting - Leiomyosarcoma Clinical Trials

Surgery With or Without Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy in High Risk RetroPeritoneal Sarcoma

STRASS2
Start date: January 20, 2021
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This is a multicenter, randomized, open label phase lll trial to assess whether preoperative chemotherapy, as an adjunct to curative-intent surgery, improves the prognosis of high risk DDLPS (dedifferentiated Liposarcoma) and LMS (Leiomyosarcoma) patients as measured by disease free survival. After confirmation of eligibility criteria, patients will be randomized to either the standard arm or experimental arm.

NCT ID: NCT04028479 Recruiting - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

The Registry of Oncology Outcomes Associated With Testing and Treatment

ROOT
Start date: May 5, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

This study is to collect and validate regulatory-grade real-world data (RWD) in oncology using the novel, Master Observational Trial construct. This data can be then used in real-world evidence (RWE) generation. It will also create reusable infrastructure to allow creation or affiliation with many additional RWD/RWE efforts both prospective and retrospective in nature.
