NCT ID: NCT04138381 Active, not recruiting - Drug Use Clinical Trials

Selinexor as Single Agent and With Imatinib in Metastatic and/or Unresectable Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors (SeliGIST)

SeliGIST
Start date: August 16, 2019
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a single-arm, two cohort, open label phase I/II clinical trial studying the combination of oral imatinib 400 mg, once daily, and oral selinexor given once weekly (Cohort A); and single-agent oral selinexor 60 mg BIW (Cohort B). The study will consist of: - Cohort A: an initial escalation phase (Ib) evaluating increasing doses of selinexor in combination with fixed doses of imatinib administered in repeated 28-day cycles in advanced/metastatic, imatinib-resistant GIST patients, followed by an expansion phase (II) testing for safety and preliminary evidence of antitumor activity - Cohort B: single-agent, fixed selinexor dose in the same target population

Study of SHR-1210 Combined With Apatinib in the Treatment of Sarcoma

Start date: June 1, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

To observe the effectiveness of SHR-1210 (Camrelizumab) combined with apatinib in the treatment of unresectable sarcoma patients with chemotherapy failure. The main observations were progression-free survival (PFS) and progression-free control rate (PFR), followed by objective response rate (ORR) (CR+PR), disease control rate (DCR) (CR+PR+SD), and overall survival (OS). To observe the safety of SHR-1210 (Camrelizumab) combined with apatinib in the treatment of sarcoma

NCT ID: NCT04126811 Recruiting - Soft Tissue Sarcoma Clinical Trials

Apatinib Combined With Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Soft Tissue Sarcoma

Start date: June 1, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

To observe the efficacy of apatinib combined with AI regimen chemotherapy compared with AI regimen chemotherapy and single-agent apatinib in patients with unresectable soft tissue sarcoma. The main observations were progression-free survival (PFS) and progression-free control rate (PFR), followed by objective response rates (ORR, CR+PR), disease control rate (DCR, CR+PR+SD), and overall survival ( OS). To observe the safety of apatinib combined with AI chemotherapy.

This study is a single site, single-arm, feasibility study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of MRgFUS using the ExAblate 2100 System for the partial ablation of undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcomas.

NCT ID: NCT04122872 Recruiting - Sarcoma Clinical Trials

GISAR German Interdisciplinary Sarcoma Registry

GISAR
Start date: November 29, 2018
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

GISAR has an open and modular setup. It is sought to include as many German sarcoma and CS patients (i.e. sarcoma and CS patients treated in Germany) in the registry as possible. A basic data set should be collected on every included patient). In order to adress specific scientific questions, additionally detailed data can be collected in defined patient groups (e.g. effectiveness / adverse effects of systemic therapies in defined situations) within the context of sub-project add-on modules. This data collection can be prospective or retrospective depending on the sub-project
