NCT ID: NCT04213794 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Recurrent Ovarian Carcinoma

Heated Intra-peritoneal Chemotherapy With Doxorubicin and Cisplatin for Abdominal for Pelvic Tumors in Pediatric Patients

TOASTIT
Start date: November 8, 2019
Phase: Early Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This early phase I trial studies how well heated intra-peritoneal chemotherapy with doxorubicin and cisplatin work for the treatment of abdominal or pelvic tumors that can be removed by surgery (resectable), does not respond to treatment (refractory), or has come back (recurrent). Heated intra-peritoneal chemotherapy is a procedure performed in combination with abdominal surgery for cancer that has spread to the abdomen. It involves the infusion of a heated chemotherapy solution that circulates into the abdominal cavity. Chemotherapy drugs, such as doxorubicin and cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Heating a chemotherapy solution and infusing it directly into the abdomen may kill more cells.

NCT ID: NCT04204941 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Advanced Soft-tissue Sarcoma

Tazemetostat in Combination With Doxorubicin as Frontline Therapy for Advanced Epithelioid Sarcoma

Start date: December 19, 2019
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The participants of this study will have advanced epithelioid sarcoma. Sarcoma is a cancer of the connective tissues, such as nerves, muscles and bones. Epithelioid sarcoma is an ultra-rare sarcoma of the soft-tissue. Part 1 of this trial will evaluate the safety and the level of the study drug that the study drug combinations can be tolerated (known as tolerability). It is also designed to establish a recommended study drug dosage for the next part of the study. Part 2 will evaluate and compare for each of the study drug combinations how long participants live without their disease getting worse. The study drug is called tazemetostat. The study will test tazemetostat in combination with doxorubicin compared to placebo (dummy treatment) in combination with doxorubicin. Doxorubicin is a current front line treatment for epithelioid sarcoma

NCT ID: NCT04185883 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Advanced Solid Tumors

Sotorasib Activity in Subjects With Advanced Solid Tumors With KRAS p.G12C Mutation (CodeBreak 101)

Start date: December 17, 2019
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

To evaluate the safety and tolerability of sotorasib administered in investigational regimens in adult participants with KRAS p.G12C mutant advanced solid tumors.

NCT ID: NCT04181970 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors

Observational Study, for Quality Assessment, of Sarcoma in European and Latin American Multidisciplinary NETWORK

(SELNET)
Start date: June 30, 2019
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

Post-authorisation, multicentric, observational, retrospective and prospective study to assess quality of care of sarcoma patients in expert and non-expert centers by analysing correlation of quality items and outcomes such as relapse free survival, overall survival, percentage of amputation, etc. Expert pathology peer review will be performed to detect differences between expert and non-expert centers as well as differences in treatment and patient prognosis. Tumor samples of 4 types of sarcoma would also be included in translational research to detect biomarkers and produce preclinical models.

NCT ID: NCT04172805 Recruiting - Sarcoma,Soft Tissue Clinical Trials

Anlotinib Combined With Toripalimab in Refractory and Advanced Soft-tissue Sarcoma

Start date: March 13, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Soft tissue sarcoma (STS) is a relatively rare type of malignant tumor with an incidence of 1-2/100000. For unresectable or widely disseminated advanced STS, a combined clinical trial is the best way to obtain evidence-based medical evidence. Anlotinib, a multi-target receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI), is effective for various histological types of STS and the safety is tolerable. TKIs may reverse drug resistance or inefficiency of immunoassay inhibitors, and combination therapy has shown preliminary efficacy in a variety of tumors. Because of the poor prognosis of refractory and advanced STS, there is no standard second-line treatment. Therefore, combined therapies based on the original targeted drugs would be paid more concentrations in the future. We focus on exploring the feasibility of combination of anlotinib and Toripalimab monoclonal antibody in advanced, refractory and progressive soft tissue sarcoma after failure of standard treatment, and look forward to further improving the efficacy of soft tissue sarcoma.

NCT ID: NCT04166006 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Neuroendocrine Tumors

A Phase II Study on Adjuvant Vaccination With Dendritic Cells Loaded With Autologous Tumor Homogenate in Resected Stage IV Rare Cancers.

RaC-Ad
Start date: December 12, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Single-arm, monocentric trial to assess safety and immunological efficacy of adjuvant vaccination with autologous dendritic cells loaded with autologous tumour homogenate after curative resection for stage IV rare cancers (In Head/Neck tumors (H&N), NEuroendocrine Tumors (NET) and Soft Tissue Sarcomas (STS).

NCT ID: NCT04149691 Recruiting - Gastric Cancer Clinical Trials

The purpose of the study is to determine to evaluate safety and tolerability of CPL304110 when administered once daily to adults with advanced solid malignancies.

NCT ID: NCT04126993 Recruiting - Sarcoma Clinical Trials

Study of SHR-1210 Combined With Apatinib in the Treatment of Sarcoma

Start date: June 1, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

To observe the effectiveness of SHR-1210 (Camrelizumab) combined with apatinib in the treatment of unresectable sarcoma patients with chemotherapy failure. The main observations were progression-free survival (PFS) and progression-free control rate (PFR), followed by objective response rate (ORR) (CR+PR), disease control rate (DCR) (CR+PR+SD), and overall survival (OS).
