View clinical trials related to Sarcoma.
Filter by:This study is a multi-centre, open-label, single-arm, 3+3 Phase 1b/ and Phase II. Phase 1b is aimed to determine the maximum-tolerated dose (MTD)/Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D) based on safety reporting. The RP2D is a multifactorial endpoint that considers toxicity as well as additional determinants (e.g. efficacy, pharmacodynamics) to define the optimal Phase 2 dose. Phase 2 will explore the efficacy of L-Annamycin at RP2D for treating soft tissue sarcomas (STS) subjects with lung metastases, for which chemotherapy is considered appropriate.
This study is being done to understand how many people with HIV (PWH) present for cancer care across the AIDS Malignancy Consortium in the United States and if there are reasons that some PWH choose to participate, or not in cancer clinical trials. Optional quality of life surveys will be used to learn more about how HIV and cancer and HIV and cancer treatment affect people.
This is a Phase 2, single-arm, open-label study in patients with advanced or unresectable soft tissue sarcoma.
This is a pilot study determining the feasibility of combination treatments, pembrolizumab and stereotactic ablative radiotherapy (SBRT) in subjects with soft-tissue sarcoma. These are subjects who have metastatic disease initially, or recurrent or progressive disease that is not eligible for curative surgery.
This study plans to enroll 69 subjects of endometrial cancer and 5-10 subjects of sarcoma of uterus. The experimental set is divided into lead-in trial and formal trial. The lead-in trial includes 9 subjects to observe the safety of the combination and determine the dosage of anlotinib dihydrochloride capsules before the formal phase. The formal trial includes 60 subjects of endometrial cancer and 5-10 subjects of sarcoma of uterus. The purpose is to evaluate efficacy and safety of TQB2450 injection combined with chemotherapy ± anlotinib hydrochloride capsules for first-line treatment and maintenance treatment of patient with advanced endometrial cancer or sarcoma of uterus, and explore biomarkers related to efficacy, mechanism of action, safety and/or pathological mechanisms, the surgical conversion rate. ORR is the primary endpoint.
The clinical data of all eligible patients who received chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, interventional therapy and surgery in Henan Tumor Hospital from June 1, 2012 to May 30, 2022 were retrospectively collected.
The purpose of this study is to measure the benefit of adding abemaciclib to chemotherapy (irinotecan and temozolamide) for Ewing's sarcoma that has come back or did not respond to treatment. This trial is part of the CAMPFIRE master protocol, which is a platform to speed development of new treatments for children and young adults with cancer. Your participation in this trial could last 11 months or longer, depending on how you and your tumor respond.
This is a multicenter, open-label, Phase 1 study that will be conducted in two parts. Part 1 is the dose escalation of APG-5918. Part 2 is the dose expansion of APG-5918. APG-5918 will be administered orally. Patients will be treated in 28-day cycles.
This research study involves a combination of three drugs given together as a possible treatment for malignant rhabdoid tumor, atypical teratoid rhabdoid tumor, epithelioid sarcoma, chordoma or other tumors that are deficient in one of two possible proteins, either INI-1 (SMARCB1) or SMARCA4. The names of the study drugs involved in this study are: - Tazemetostat (TAZVERIK) - Nivolumab (OPDIVO) - Ipilimumab (YERVOY)
The aim of the project is to improve treatment outcomes in patients with primary malignant bone tumors, refractory to standard therapy, by increasing the availability of advanced therapy, as well as to develop treatment options using advanced molecular diagnostics for patients who have not responded to the standard therapeutic regimen, and to introduce modern diagnostics for risk stratification and for the use in molecularly targeted therapies.
