Eligibility Inclusion Criteria: - full-thickness supraspinatus - degenerative tears - age range 40 :65 Exclusion Criteria: - subscapularis tear - small and massive tears - traumatic tears - partial -thickness tear - revisioin surgery - glenohumeral arthretic changes and shoulder instability
