NCT ID: NCT04691037 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Coronary Artery Disease

CCTA Improves Clinical Management of Stable Chest Pain

CICM-SCP
Start date: January 1, 2016
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

The investigator aims to prospectively enroll patients who were referred for coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA) for the assessment of stable chest pain (SCP) suspected of obstructive coronary artery disease (CAD). All patients underwent CCTA according to established guidelines and local institutional protocols. The imaging data were evaluated using different image post-processing software to comprehensively analyse anatomical, functional and histological information of coronary. This study will determine if CCTA-based imaging evaluation can provide more informaton to improve clinical management for SCP, including fewer MACE and better decision-making of downstream investigations and therapeutic interventions.

NCT ID: NCT03788148 Completed - Clinical trials for Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

Bare Metal Stents and Drug Eluting Stents in Patients Who Underwent Blood Transfusion

TFPCI2
Start date: January 3, 2018
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Retrospective cohort study of Korean National Healthcare Insurance Database. To investigate clinical outcomes of bare metal stents versus drug eluting stents in patients who underwent periprocedural red blood cell transfusion.

NCT ID: NCT03776266 Completed - Clinical trials for Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

The Long-term Clinical Outcomes and Patterns of Transfusion in PCI Patients: Retrospective Cohort Study

TFPCI
Start date: October 5, 2018
Phase:
Study type: Observational

A nationwide retrospective cohort study. To investigate the long-term patterns of transfusion and clinical outcomes of patients undergoing PCI.

NCT ID: NCT03746132 Recruiting - Revascularization Clinical Trials

Oxygen for Vascular Incisional Healing

Start date: March 7, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this clinical trial is to evaluate Transdermal Continuous Oxygen Therapy (TCOT) as an adjunct to surgical wound healing in subjects undergoing vascular surgery for lower extremity arterial occlusive disease. It is the intention of this study to administer oxygen using the TCOT approach to the surgical sites of subjects undergoing the surgery and to monitor the healing of the incision as well as infection rate. The hypothesis is that oxygen delivered transdermally to the surgical site in a continuous manner for up to 28 days will accelerate the healing process and reduce the infection rate compared to the Standard of Care.

NCT ID: NCT03507556 Active, not recruiting - Revascularization Clinical Trials

Regeneration of Immature Teeth. Case Series

Start date: June 28, 2010
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This clinical study aims to investigate the predictability of revascularization procedure of immature necrotic human permanent teeth with apical periodontitis. The quality of root development (thickness and length) will be assessed radiographically.

NCT ID: NCT00327418 Completed - Clinical trials for Cerebrovascular Accident

CARDS Is Designed To Show If Lowering Cholesterol With Atorvastatin In Type 2 Diabetics Without CV Disease Reduces The Risk Of CV Events

CARDS
Start date: January 1997
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

A study to assess the efficacy of once daily atorvastatin 10 mg versus placebo on cardiovascular endpoints in patients with non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) who have a history of either hypertension, retinopathy, microalbuminuria, macroalbuminuria, or who currently smoke, but who do not have established corornary heart disease or other macrovascular disease.
