NCT ID: NCT05274464 Completed - Gastric Cancer Clinical Trials

A Recurrence Nomogram for Hepatoid Adenocarcinoma of the Stomach

Start date: April 1, 2004
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This study aims to develop a nomogram to predict postoperative recurrence of HAS and guide individually tailored surveillance strategies.

NCT ID: NCT05274451 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

A Study to Investigate LYL797 in Adults With Solid Tumors

Start date: March 29, 2022
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This study will evaluate the safety and tolerability of LYL797, a ROR1-targeted CAR T-cell therapy, in patients with ROR1+ relapsed or refractory triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) or non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The first part of the study will determine the safe dose for the next part of the study, and will enroll TNBC and NSCLC patients. The second part of the study will test that dose in additional TNBC and NSCLC patients.

NCT ID: NCT05272384 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Refractory Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma

Testing the Combination of Nivolumab and ASTX727 for Relapsed or Refractory B-Cell Lymphoma

Start date: November 3, 2022
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This phase I trial tests the safety, side effects, and best dose of nivolumab in combination with ASTX727 in treating B-cell lymphoma that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. ASTX727 consists of the combination of decitabine and cedazuridine. Cedazuridine is in a class of medications called cytidine deaminase inhibitors. It prevents the breakdown of decitabine, making it more available in the body so that decitabine will have a greater effect. Decitabine is in a class of medications called hypomethylation agents. It works by helping the bone marrow produce normal blood cells and by killing abnormal cells in the bone marrow. Giving nivolumab in combination with ASTX727 may shrink and stabilize cancer.

NCT ID: NCT05271604 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Head and Neck Cancer

A Phase 2 Open Label Study of BA3021 in Patients With Recurrent or Metastatic Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Head and Neck

Start date: December 13, 2022
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a multi-center, open-label Phase 2 study designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of BA3021 in PD-1/L1 failure patients with ROR-2 expression in recurrent or metastatic squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck.

NCT ID: NCT05270772 Recruiting - Clinical trials for CD19+ Relapse/Refractory B-ALL

CAR-T-19 Cells for Patients With CD19+ Relapse/Refractory B-ALL

Start date: February 25, 2021
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a single-arm, open-label phase I study to determine the safety, tolerability, and recommended dose (RD) of CAR-T-19 cells for patients with CD19+ relapse/refractory B-ALL under the age of 25.

NCT ID: NCT05268549 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Colorectal Cancer With Liver Metastases

Independent Risk Factors Analysis and Model Construction For Recurrence After Radiofrequency/Microwave Ablation of Colorectal Cancer With Liver Metastases: a Retrospective, Multicenter Trial

Start date: March 12, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This study is a retrospective, multicenter clinical study. The main objective is to analyze the risk factors affecting the recurrence of colorectal cancer patients with liver metastases who received radiofrequency/microwave ablation. Finally, we will construct a recurrence risk prediction model based on the risk factors and validated the model.

NCT ID: NCT05267678 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Recurrent Miscarriage

Nutritional Deficiency and Recurrent Miscarriage

Start date: January 28, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This prospective cohort study primarily aims to examine the association between blood niacin levels and recurrent miscarriage.

NCT ID: NCT05266807 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Clostridioides Difficile Infection

Fecal Microbiota Transplantation in Clostridioides Difficile Infection First Episode and First Recurrence

FENDER
Start date: August 16, 2022
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The clinical trial aims to evaluate the efficacy of fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) after standard of care treatment (either vancomycin or fidaxomicin) vs the pragmatic use of standard of care treatment (either vancomycin or fidaxomicin) in severe and non-severe first episode and first recurrence of Clostridioides difficile infection (CDI). Experimental arm: antibiotic treatment (vancomycin or fidaxomicin as initially prescribed per SoC continued for 10 days) followed by FMT by oral capsules (one FMT, i.e. 20 FMT capsules given on 2 consecutive days, and followed by a 2nd FMT in severe CDI). Control Arm: vancomycin or fidaxomicin as initially prescribed per SoC continued for 10 days.

NCT ID: NCT05264974 Suspended - Melanoma Clinical Trials
