To assess the equivalence of MYL-1401A to Humira® with regards to efficacy in subjects with moderate-to-severe chronic plaque psoriasis
The purpose of this study is to compare the effectiveness of artificial balneotherapy (AB), phototherapy (PT) and artificial balneophototherapy (BPT) in the treatment of plaque psoriasis, evaluating the plaque area, alteration of skin pigmentation, Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI) score determination and quality-of-life assessment by Short Form 36 Health Survey (SF-36) and Psoriasis Disability Index (PDI) scores during the month of treatment. Methods: Experimental study, prospective, randomized, single-blind. 14 subjects participated from the city of Talca, Chile medically diagnosed with psoriasis, more than one plaque in the skin without topical treatment voluntarily. All subjects completed the study that consisted of 12 sessions.

The primary objective of the Corrona Psoriasis Registry is to study the comparative safety of approved psoriasis therapies in a North American cohort of psoriasis subjects treated by dermatologists. This includes assessing the incidence and nature of adverse events of special interest, including malignancy, in a real world population of psoriasis patients on new biologic therapies (e.g. secukinumab). Secondary objectives include analyzing the epidemiology and natural history of the disease, comorbidities, current treatment practices, and comparative effectiveness.
This is a randomized, double-blind, multicentral clinical trial to investigate the efficacy and safety of Recombinant Human TNF Receptor-Ig Fusion Protein for Injection (Qiangke®) in the treatment of Moderate to Severe Plaque Psoriasis. The primary purpose is to assess the different maintaining treatment programme in Moderate to Severe plaque psoriasis by Qiangke®. And the second purpose is to assess the efficacy and safety of Qiangke® in Moderate to Severe Plaque Psoriasis. The trial will include 216 Moderate to Severe plaque psoriasis patients,and at the first stage they will be randomized divided into three group: full-dose of Qiangke® group, half-dose of Qiangke® group and placebo group.And the blind stage will last for 12 weeks. Then at the second stage, all patients will receive 50mg qw of Qiangke® for additional 12 weeks.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of ustekinumab in pediatric participants aged greater than or equal to (>=) 6 through less than (<) 12 years with moderate to severe chronic plaque psoriasis
This is a phase 2a trial testing twice daily administration of LEO 124249 ointment 30 mg/g in the treatment of mild to moderate inverse psoriasis. Patients will be treated for 6 weeks, and the efficacy and safety will be compared with the treatment of LEO 124249 ointment vehicle.
This is a randomized double blind, double dummy, active comparator controlled, parallel design study that is performed to assess the safety and efficacy of BI 655066/ABBV-066 (risankizumab) compared to adalimumab to support registration for the treatment of moderate to severe chronic plaque psoriasis in adult patients.
Background: Psoriasis, a common inflammatory disease, is associated with atherosclerotic vascular diseases, including stroke, myocardial infarction, and impaired microcirculations, among which circulating microparticles play an important role. In severe psoriasis, there are increased endothelial- and platelet- microparticles that are reduced by TNF-α blockers in parallel with clinical improvement. However, whether Stelara(ustekinumab) treatment would decrease the level of microparticles remains unknown. Objective: The investigators will evaluate the level of microparticles among normal control, severe psoriasis before and 4 months after ustekinumab treatment.
