This is a single-center, open-label, pilot study. A total of 30 subjects (15 in each study arm) will be enrolled in this 6 month study to evaluate whether the addition of narrow band UVB (NB-UVB) phototherapy can enhance the efficacy of etanercept's maintenance dose, 50 mg once a week, in obese psoriasis patients.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the long-term safety of Humira® in Adult Patients with Chronic Plaque Psoriasis (Ps).
This will be a phase 2a single-center, randomized, blinded, vehicle-controlled exploratory study to assess the activity and safety of CRx-197 in subjects with plaque psoriasis. Approximately 20 male or female subjects with chronic plaque type psoriasis, 18 to 70 years of age, will be included in this study. All subjects with stable psoriatic plaques will receive all of the following treatments each in a separate test field, once each day for four weeks under occlusion: - CRx-197 high dose topical cream (0.1% nortriptyline HCl +0.3% loratadine) - CRx-197 low dose topical cream (0.1% nortriptyline HCl + 0.1% loratadine) - 0.1% nortriptyline HCl topical cream - 0.005% calcipotriol topical cream - Vehicle of CRx-197 topical cream (placebo)
The study is a prospective, multi-centre, observational study designed to assess the long-term effectiveness and safety of alefacept in subjects with moderate to severe chronic plaque psoriasis.
Previous Biogen studies have provided experience with the tolerability, immunogenicity, and efficacy of a single and multiple 12-week courses of therapy of alefacept. At this stage, experience in larger studies, as well as the FDA-approved labeling, is confined to treatment courses of 12 weeks. The purpose of the present study is to offer an extended course of therapy with alefacept.

This study will examine whether administration of oral Vitamin D3 given over 21 days will change the antimicrobial peptide expression in the skin or saliva of subjects with Atopic Dermatitis (AD). This study will help researchers determine if the lack of the expression of antimicrobial peptides in individuals with AD plays a role in the susceptibility to eczema vaccinatum (EV).
This protocol relates to a phase II randomized double blind, placebo controlled study of the AS101 topical application for the treatment of mild to moderate Psoriasis.
The primary objective of this study will be to evaluate the efficacy of topical ALT-2074 applied twice daily for 28 days for treatment of chronic plaque psoriasis in adult subjects. The secondary objective will be to evaluate the safety of topical ALT-2074 applied twice daily for 28 days for treatment of chronic plaque psoriasis in adult subjects. Tertiary objectives will be to provide visual documentation of the improvement of psoriatic plaques treated with ALT-2074 using digital photography, and to determine the extent of systemic absorption of topically applied ALT-2074 based on a pharmacokinetic measurement of blood concentration.
