French guidelines on the use of systemic treatments for moderate-to-severe psoriasis in adults have been developed by the psoriasis research group of the French Society of Dermatology using literature available until July 2017 (Amatore et al, 2019). Because several systemic treatments have been marketed since then, new guidelines are mandatory. The aim of this study coordinated by the Centre of Evidence of the French Society of Dermatology is to update the available French guidelines using a Delphi method.

Canadian Real World Evidence Study of Brodalumab in Plaque Psoriasis to Understand the Impact on Quality of Life and Work Productivity

This is a phase IV, 12-month observational, prospective, open-label, multi-center study that will be conducted across approximately 50 sites in Canada for an estimated study duration of 32 months. All eligible adult participants who are enrolling into the SILIQ Patient Support Program (PSP) and initiating brodalumab as per routine care may be offered participation in the study. If the participant agrees, their verbal consent and details will be entered into the study platform by the enrolling physician so that the participant can access the electronic informed consent form. Participants who meet the eligibility criteria and provide electronic informed consent will be enrolled in the study. The study observation period will be 12 months (±15 days). Data will be collected on approximately 500 participants across academic and community centers.

An Investigator Initiated Open Label Study Evaluating the Efficacy and Tolerability of Oral Deucravacitinib for the Treatment of Nail Psoriasis

. An open label proof of concept study will be conducted to assess the efficacy and safety of deucravactinib for treatment of nail psoriasis. Twenty adult patients with nail psorasis and skin disease qualifying for a systemic agent per investigator will be treated with deucravacitinib 6 mg daily. Subjects will be assessed for a total of 48 weeks. Psoriasis assessments such as the modified Nail Psoriasis Severity Index will be conducted. Photos will be used to document nail involvement. Descriptive statistical analysis will be conducted at the conclusion of the study.

This study will look at how individuals with psoriasis sleep and if their sleep is different than indivuduals without psoriasis.

Phase IV Clinical Study of Benvitimod Cream in the Treatment of Mild to Moderate Psoriasis in Adults

This is a multi-center, prospective post-approval clinical Phase IV study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of Benvitimod cream, 1% twice daily for the treatment of mild to moderate stable psoriasis vulgaris in adults. Approximately 2000 adult participants with mild to moderate stable psoriasis vulgaris will be enrolled and they will use the Benvitimod cream at the skin with psoriasis for 12 weeks.
