Study of Chemotherapy-Free Induction Regimen for Ph+ Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia With Inotuzumab Ozogamicin (InO)

This research study will add an anti-cancer drug (called inotuzumab ozogamicin also known as "InO") to treatment for participants with newly diagnosed Philadelphia chromosome-positive (Ph+) acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). Doctors leading this study hope to learn if adding InO to standard induction treatment for Ph+ ALL will lead to quicker, complete molecular remission (where the disease is not detectable even with very sensitive testing techniques). The purpose of this research is to gather information regarding the effectiveness of InO in newly-diagnosed Ph+ ALL patients that have not yet received treatment.

The aim of our study is to improve the major molecular remission(MMR) rate and reduce the cost to treat ph(+) Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) by adjusting chemotherapy regimens and the dosage of Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor (TKI). lower the classification of chemotherapy drugs, lower the side effect brought by which this would be a grateful news for the patients once this regimens gain a successful result, which is also the final aim of our efforts.

The purpose of this study is to determine the efficacy of ponatinib in patients with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) in chronic phase (CP), accelerated phase (AP) or blast phase (BP) or with philadelphia chromosome-positive (Ph+) acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) who either are resistant or intolerant to either dasatinib or nilotinib, or have the (T)hreonine-315-(I)soleucine (T315I) mutation.
