NCT ID: NCT06299163 Recruiting - Endometrial Cancer Clinical Trials

NM32-2668 in Adult Patients With Selected Advanced Solid Tumors

Start date: May 1, 2024
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a first-in-human, open-label, multi-center, Phase 1, dose-escalation study with expansion cohorts to evaluate NM32-2668 for safety and immunogenicity, to determine the maximal tolerated dose and recommended Phase 2 dose, define the pharmacokinetics, to explore the pharmacodynamics, and to obtain preliminary evidence of the clinical activity in adult patients with selected advanced solid tumors.

NCT ID: NCT06290193 Recruiting - Ovarian Cancer Clinical Trials

Study of Acute Normovolemic Hemodilution (ANH) in People With Ovarian Cancer Who Are Having Primary Cytoreductive Surgery

Start date: February 23, 2024
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Participants will be scheduled for primary cytoreductive surgery as part of their standard care. Before surgery, participants will be assigned by chance to a study group. Depending on which group they are in, they will receive either acute normovolemic hemodilution/ANH during surgery or standard surgical management during surgery. The researchers think acute normovolemic hemodilution/ANH may decrease the need for allogenic blood transfusion/ABT in people having primary cytoreductive surgery.

NCT ID: NCT05932719 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Multicentric Evaluation of COVID-19 Impact on Cancer Patients' Diagnostic and Management: Set-up of Indicators

COLLAT-COVID
Start date: December 1, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The COVID-19 pandemic has deeply and globally impacted usual procedures and patients management in cancer centers. The aim of this study is to set-up and collect indicators to follow-up the activities of different cancer pathologies before and during the pandemic. Patients loss' of chance will be analysed in term of diagnosis and access to care (surgery, antineoplastic treatments). Data collection will focus on the analysis of 2 specific pathologies for French patients in the "Auvergne-Rhône Alpes" Area: peritoneal carcinosis and hepatocellular carcinoma.

NCT ID: NCT05763199 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Fallopian Tube Carcinoma

Standardized Extract of Cultured Lentinula Edodes Mycelia (AHCC®) in Ovarian Cancer Patients on Adjuvant Chemotherapy

Start date: December 1, 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a pilot phase, randomized, double-blinded feasibility pilot study of AHCC in participants with ovarian cancer.

NCT ID: NCT05605535 Recruiting - Ovarian Cancer Clinical Trials

Oregovomab Plus Chemotherapy in Neo-adjuvant Setting in Newly Diagnosed Patients With Advanced Epithelial Ovarian Cancer

Start date: February 7, 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

A clinical study to compare the efficacy and safety of five administrations of oregovomab versus placebo, infused in schedule dependent sequence with specific cycles of a standard six-cycle chemotherapy regimen (paclitaxel and carboplatin), for the treatment of patients with newly diagnosed advanced ovarian cancer who are planned to receive neoadjuvant treatment followed by interval debulking surgery (IDS) and adjuvant treatment.

NCT ID: NCT04415944 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Peritoneal Carcinoma

Trial Evaluating Feasibility and Quality of Life of Second Look Laparoscopy With Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy

HIPEC
Start date: May 20, 2021
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this research study is to see if it is feasible to receive heated chemotherapy or heated intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) inserted directly into the abdomen at the time of a Second Look Reassessment Surgery and to monitor any effects good or bad that this has on participants' health.

NCT ID: NCT04022213 Recruiting - Peritoneal Cancer Clinical Trials

A Study of the Drug I131-Omburtamab in People With Desmoplastic Small Round Cell Tumors and Other Solid Tumors in the Peritoneum

Start date: July 15, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to test any good and bad effects of the study drug 131I-omburtamab. 131I-omburtamab could prevent the cancer from returning, or delay the cancer from getting worse, but it could also cause side effects. Researchers hope to learn more about how 131I-omburtamab works in the body, and how effective it is in treating cancer. 131I-Omburtamab is not approved by the FDA to treat DSRCT or other cancers of the peritoneum.

NCT ID: NCT04001023 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Fallopian Tube Cancer

Overcoming Chemoresistance in Advanced Ovarian Cancer Via Targeting Hypoxia

OVANOX
Start date: March 9, 2017
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The goal of this non-randomized prospective study is to use 18F-EF5-PET/CT imaging to identify and locate intraabdominal hypoxic ovarian cancer lesions. With targeted surgical sampling, precisely obtain hypoxic and potentially chemoresistant cancer tissue for our analyses and identify key molecular differences between hypoxic and non-hypoxic tumors within the same patient. A portion of advanced stage EOC are inoperable at diagnosis and can be treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT) before surgery. This approach offers a unique opportunity to study how hypoxic tumor areas respond to treatment.

NCT ID: NCT03296826 Recruiting - Ovarian Carcinoma Clinical Trials

Prospective Cohort Study of Germline Variant Carriers With BRCA1 or BRCA2

Start date: November 8, 2017
Phase:
Study type: Observational

To determine the incidence and risk factors in the development of ovarian, fallopian tube, and peritoneal cancers in Japanese women carrying Breast Cancer Susceptibility Gene (BRCA)1/2 variants.
