Filter by:The purpose of this research is to determine the benefit of two oral chemotherapy drugs, Vemurafenib and Sorafenib, in individuals with KRAS mutated pancreatic cancer who have progressed on standard chemotherapy.
The aim of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of sequential treatment (Gabrinox) comprising Gembrax regimen (Gemcitabine -Abraxane) followed by the Folfirinox regimen (5FU, Oxaliplatin and Irinotecan) compared to folfirinox alone in patients treated in first metastatic line pancreatic cancer
To evaluate the safety and tolerability of Am80(Generic name: Tamibarotene, Development code: MIKE-1) in combination with gemcitabine (GEM) and nab-paclitaxel (nab-PTX) in patients with unresectable pancreatic cancer and to determine the recommended dose. Efficacy will also be exploratively investigated.
This study investigates how often abnormal findings from routine magnetic resonance imaging occur in people with genetic mutations in BReast CAncer gene. (BRCA), ataxia telangiectasia mutated gene (ATM), or PALB2 screened for pancreatic cancer. This study may lead to a greater understanding of cancer and potentially, improvements in cancer screening and treatment.
This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of pyrvinium pamoate for the treatment of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma that cannot be removed by surgery (resectable). Pyrvinium pamoate may slow down tumor growth and help patients live longer.
This phase I/II trial tests the safety, side effects, and best dose of entinostat and ZEN003694 in treating patients with solid tumors or lymphoma that has spread to other places in the body (advanced) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Entinostat may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. It is in a class of drugs called histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor. ZEN003694 is an inhibitor of a family of proteins called the bromodomain and extra-terminal (BET). ZEN003694 may prevent the growth of tumor cells that produce high levels of BET protein. This trial aims to test the safety of combination therapy with entinostat and ZEN003694 in treating patients with advanced or refractory solid tumors or lymphoma.
This study aims to evaluate cabozantinib and pembrolizumab for the treatment of metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma.
The purpose of this study is to determine the proportion of positive ctDNA -freely circulating tumor DNA fragments found in the blood plasma- in patients with pancreatic cancer and to better understand the relationship between possible ctDNA biomarkers and patient survival. A successful study may provide preliminary evidence that helps improve future patient care through targeted diagnostics, prognosis, and/or treatment.
1. To evaluate the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy SLOG in localized pancreatic cancer 2. To evaluate the safety profile in patients with pancreatic cancer who receive neoadjuvant SLOG 3. To collect tumor tissue and peripheral blood samples from the patients for a comprehensive biomarker evaluation
This is a multicenter, randomized, open-lable, parallel-controlled phase II study of irinotecan liposome injection-containing regimens versus nab-paclitaxel plus gemcitabine in patients with previously untreated, metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the differences of safety and efficacy of irinotecan liposome injection-containing regimens versus nab-paclitaxel plus gemcitabine in patients with previously untreated, metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma.
