Filter by:This is a early Phase 1 open-label study to explore the safety and possible efficacy of EX02 CAR T cell therapy in the treatment of patients with unresectable and/or metastatic pancreatic/bile duct cancer. Each participant will undergo leukapheresis after enrolment, receive treatment of the conditioning chemotherapy of cyclophosphamide and fludarabine, and an intra-tumoral injection or intraperitoneal infusion of Ex02 CAR T cells, probably followed by an intravenous infusion of EX02 CAR T cells. Each participant will proceed through the following study procedures: - Screening - Enrollment/Leukapheresis - Conditioning chemotherapy - CAR T treatment - Post-treatment assessment - Long-term follow-up
The goal of this observational study is to investigate the efficacy and safety of stereotactic body radiotherapy combined with PD-1 blockers for LAPC and LRPC. The patients, diagnosed with locally advanced pancreatic cancer (LAPC) or locally recurrent pancreatic cancer (LRPC). LRPC or LAPC, undergoing SABT and PD-1 blockers in our hospital from December 2020 to April 2023 were reviewed consecutively. All patients provided written informed consent before treatment. The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki, and it was approved by the Institutional Ethics Committee of Peking University Third Hospital.
Clinical Study on the Safety and Efficacy of the efficacy and safety of adbelizumab combined with chemotherapy for neoadjuvant treatment of resectable pancreatic cancer
The purpose of this study is to find out how effective and safe glipizide is for lowering blood sugar in people with pancreatic cancer.
This study is a multi-center, observational study aiming at developing a machine learning-based early detection model using prospectively collected liquid biopsy samples from clinically-annotated individuals.
This study is an open-label, parallel, 2-cohort, multicenter, investigator-initiated Phase 2 trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of binimetinib in patients with advanced or recurrent low-grade glioma or pancreatic cancer harboring BRAF fusion/rearrangement.
This is a phase 1, open-label study to evaluate the safety and tolerability of neoantigen personalized mRNA tumour vaccine combined with Adebrelimab (a PD-L1 humanized monoclonal antibody) in patients with surgically resected pancreatic adenocarcinoma.
This is a prospective, single arm, single center, phase II study of cadonilimab plus mFOLFIRINOX as conversion therapy in patients with locally advanced pancreatic cancer.
To observe the incidence of chemotherapy-induced myelosuppression and the safety of Trilaciclib combined with mFOLFIRINOX in patients with advanced pancreatic cancer receiving first-line treatment.
This study aims to facilitate discovery and validation of tests for early detection in subjects at high risk for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) and to facilitate the use of state-of-the-art machine learning-based algorithms that utilize databases and images with the purpose of identifying early stages of pancreatic cancer, as well as people at high-risk.The study also aims to provide a platform for development of an interventional protocol for early detection of PDAC.
