Inclusion Criteria: - Post ankylosis deformity: Bilateral or unilateral deficient ramus-condyle unit (RCU) after TMJ release Exclusion Criteria: - Mentally affected patients. - Medically compromised patients. - Post menopausal osteoporosis. |
