Inclusion Criteria: - Women with aheathy singleton pregnancy in spontaneous or induced labor at term . Exclusion Criteria: - Hypersensitivity/Contraindication to prostaglandins Antepartum hemorrhage Multiple pregnancy Cardiac disease Malpresentation Rhesus- negative mother hypersensitive disorders Severe anaemia(hemoglobin<7g/dl) |
