Allocation: Randomized, Intervention Model: Factorial Assignment, Masking: Single Blind (Investigator), Primary Purpose: Prevention

Work Place Adjusted Intelligent Physical Exercise Reducing Musculoskeletal Pain in Shoulder and Neck
Participants will be randomized at the cluster level to a control group or 20 weeks of specific resistance training for 3 x 20 min a week
