Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Evaluation of the combination of avelumab + bempegaldesleukin (NKTR-214 ) in locally advanced squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck ( metastatic SCCHN) and avelumab + bempegaldesleukin (NKTR-214) + talazoparib or enzalutamide in metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC).

NCT ID: NCT04049487 Terminated - Clinical trials for Diastasis Recti and Weakness of the Linea Alba

Impact of Exercise on Diastasis Rectus Abdominus

Start date: October 14, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The aim with this research project is to evaluate the success of diastasis recti closure after a 4-week group exercise class that includes: strengthening of each abdominal muscle group, hip strengthening and stabilization, and pelvic floor activation and cueing during exercises. Success will be evaluated by measuring width and depth of linea alba laxity before and after completion of the 4 sessions as well as other outcome measures such as lumbopelvic pain, pain with intercourse, and incontinence. Intervention will be compared to a control group that participates in an exercise program geared toward general health and wellness.

NCT ID: NCT04048876 Terminated - Liver Cirrhosis Clinical Trials

Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of CC-90001 in Participants With Non-alcoholic Steatohepatitis (NASH) and Liver Fibrosis

Start date: August 14, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase 2, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicenter, multinational, dose-finding study evaluating the efficacy of three treatment doses of CC-90001 compared with placebo, in Non-alcoholic Steatohepatitis (NASH) participants with Stage 2, Stage 3 liver fibrosis. This study is designed to assess response to treatment on measures of fibrosis and other efficacy parameters. It will also assess dose response and overall safety.

NCT ID: NCT04048863 Terminated - Clinical trials for Complications Associated With Device

Effect of B. Braun Peripheral Advantage Program on Complications, Indwell Time and First Stick Success of PIVC Therapy

Start date: January 24, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Single sequence clinical study designed to evaluate the effectiveness of B. Braun PA on improved clinical outcomes, indwell time and first stick success of PIVC using B. Braun Peripheral Advantage (PA) by Registered Nurses (RNs). The study will be conducted in the Emergency Department (ED) and/or Medical Surgical (MS) floor(s)/unit(s) in multiple hospitals.

NCT ID: NCT04044560 Terminated - Clinical trials for Minimal Residual Disease

Blinatumomab for MRD in Pre-B ALL Patients Following Stem Cell Transplant

OZM-097
Start date: September 8, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a single arm, open label, multi-centre phase II study using blinatumomab for treatment of detectable minimal residual disease (MRD) in the first year following allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT) for patients with B cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL). The study has 2 phases: 1. MRD testing phase and 2. blinatumomab treatment phase. Participants with B-ALL planning for HSCT meeting other eligibility criteria will be enrolled onto the MRD testing phase, which will involve centralized MRD testing of bone marrow aspirate samples on day +56, +100, +180, +270 following HSCT. Participants with detectable MRD ≥10^-4 leukemic cells/total nucleated cells will enroll onto the treatment phase. Blinatumomab treatment will be started following detection of MRD after 7 to 42 days from enrollment onto the treatment phase to allow for initiation of taper of immunosuppressive medications.

NCT ID: NCT04044430 Terminated - Clinical trials for Stage IV Colon Cancer

Encorafenib, Binimetinib, and Nivolumab in Treating Microsatellite Stable BRAF V600E Metastatic Colorectal Cancer

Start date: August 31, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This phase I/II trial studies the side effects and how well encorafenib, binimetinib, and nivolumab work in treating patients with microsatellite stable, BRAFV600E gene-mutated colorectal cancer that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Encorafenib and binimetinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving encorafenib, binimetinib, and nivolumab may work better in treating patients with colorectal cancer compared to standard treatments.

NCT ID: NCT04040621 Terminated - Clinical trials for Hospitalized Children With Suspected or Confirmed Nosocomial Pneumonia
