Filter by:The purpose of this study is to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and pharmacodynamics PD) of multiple ascending doses of INZ-701, an ectonucleotide pyrophosphatase/phosphodiesterase 1 (ENPP1) recombinant fusion protein, for the treatment of ABCC6 Deficiency. The goal of the study is to identify a dose regimen for further clinical development in the treatment of ABCC6 Deficiency.
This phase I trial is to find out the best dose, possible benefits and/or side effects of fostamatinib in treating patients with lower-risk myelodysplastic syndromes or chronic myelomonocytic leukemia who have failed therapy with hypomethylating agents. Fostamatinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
Study CKJX839B12302 is a pivotal Phase III trial to evaluate the benefits of inclisiran on major adverse cardiovascular (MACE) events in participants with established cardiovascular disease (CVD).
The purpose of this study is to determine whether HMPL-523 (sovleplenib) is safe and effective in the treatment of chronic Immune Thrombocytopenic Purpura (ITP).
This is a phase 1, multicenter, open-label study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, PK, PD, immunogenicity and preliminary efficacy of Y101D in patients with metastatic or locally advanced solid tumors.
The main objective of this study is to further evaluate the safety and efficacy of palovarotene in adult and paediatric participants with FOP. The aim of the study is also to ensure treatment continuity to participants who have completed one of the parent studies (Study PVO-1A-301, Study PVO-1A-202 and Study PVO-1A-204) and who, in the investigator's judgement, may benefit from palovarotene therapy.
This phase II trial the side effects and possible benefits of etigilimab and nivolumab in treating patients with platinum-resistant clear cell ovarian, primary peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer that has come back (recurrent). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as etigilimab and nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if adding etigilimab to nivolumab therapy can help to control clear cell ovarian, fallopian tube, and primary peritoneal cancers that are resistant to platinum-based therapy.
It has been described in obese individuals in which decreased basal metabolism as well as dopaminergic changes in the prefrontal cortex and striatum parallels the increased activation of reward brain regions in response to delicious food cues. Our aim is to explore different neurobehavioral dimensions of food choices and motivational processes in the light of this information, and to reveal whether these behaviors can be changed by operant conditioning with neuroimaging methods for phenotypes at risk.
This clinical trial evaluates the feasibility of exercise during chemotherapy in older women with stage I-III breast cancer. Previous studies have reported that exercise may reduce the chemotherapy-toxicity risk. This trial may help researchers learn if engaging in a physical activity program is feasible in patients receiving chemotherapy for breast cancer.
The purpose of this study is to find out whether the study drug, LOXO-338, is safe and effective in patients with advanced blood cancer. Patients must have already received standard therapy. The study may last up to approximately 3 years.
